~The Next Morning~
"(M/N)! (M/N)! You're back!" Chiyo said as she shook me awake.

"Hmm? Oh hey baby girlllllll." I said yawning and sitting up to see her properly.

When I sat up I noticed that she was crying.

Gasping loudly, I scooped her up into my arms and rocked her back and forth.

"What's wrong Chiyo? Did you have a nightmare? We're you hurt? Did Milen feed you something nasty?" I said tickling her tummy.

Giggling slightly she rubbed her eyes to remove some tears.

"I didn't know i-if you w-would come back. I know you do dangerous things so I was afraid something bad happened to you."

'I shouldn't have taken so long, then again I was trapped in that bunker. I should be more careful next time.'

"Don't worry Chiyo, I'm alright. Sorry for taking so long. I'll try not to do again alright?"

"Pinky promise?" She asked holding out her pinky.

'I'm going to regret this later.'

"Pinky promise." I said connecting our pinkies together.

"If I fail to do so, I'll take you somewhere to eat or somewhere fun."

"Yay!" She said as she ran around the room.

"Hehe, wanna help me make breakfast?"

"Yes!"

Timeskip from making bacon pancakes!

"Ughhhhhhh. I don't feel so good." I say partially laughing and crying.

"That's what you get. You shouldn't have eaten that many pancakes." Milen said as she sat next to me.

"You know your dying too. You ate more than me!"

"Hey! We aren't talking about me. You're the one complaining."

"Besides, I can handle it better than you. I hope you haven't forgotten we have work today in an hour."

"Nooooooiejdhdhjwhe. I don't wanna gooooo. I'm dyinggggg." I said dying on the couch.

"Boi we have to. I'm going to get Chiyo ready to come with us. Get the car started and get ready." She said as she walked upstairs.

"Eff you." I said quietly.

"Eff you too boi! Don't make me come down there."

"Just do it!" I yelled at her.

I heard her stop going up the stairs and the sound of rapid steps came back down.

"I was playing! Don't hurt me!" I said preparing myself for her hit.

"That's what I thought." She said laughing.

"But seriously, get ready bro."

"Yeah, yeah, I'm coming." I said as I followed her up the stairs.

~Timeskip to work~

"Can I have uhhhhhhhhhhh,"

'Oh my gosh can you order already! You've been here for ten minutes! And there's a line!'

"Can I have a burger with some fries?" The customer asks.

'What the fu-'

"Sir, this is a cafe." I say trying not to show my anger.

"Oh. Uhm, I'll just go then."

'Someone just kill me now.'

After taking about ten orders I ran into the kitchen to help Milen prepare them.
