It had been a few days since I last seen Wild Tiger or even Kotetsu. I see Wild Tiger on television sometimes to see what he's been up to but it seems like he's busy as well with his partner that's not as attractive as me, of course...Right?'Dang, I need more info on that guy.' I thought making a mental note.
Kotetsu hasn't showed up at all either. Which was kind of strange since he came by often. I wonder if he is busy with work as well? Although, I'm not sure where he works since he always dodged my question.
'Maybe he's embarrassed?'
Anyways, I've been working late shifts at the bakery and haven't been able to go out. Everyday seemed to be the same. I wake up, go to work, stare at customers, go home, cook, and watch whatever Chiyo wants to watch. It's not particularly bad, it's what I always did before except for Chiyo not being here and I worked my other job. Strangely enough, they haven't contacted me at all since our last incident.
'Maybe I should check it out?' I looked over to the clock on the wall and realized it had only been 10 minutes since my shift had started.
'This is going to be a long day.' I sighed as I took the next customer.
~Timeskip~ (Do these still exist? xD)
'Just a few more minutes.' I stared at the clock in despair. 'Alright I'll clean the counter and Milen should be here by the time I'm done...I hope.' I sighed as I grabbed a wet rag.
When I finished cleaning the counter I went back into the storage closet to put the cleaning products away. A sudden ring at the front made me cry internally as I went back to take the customers order. Thankfully, the next person to come in was Milen with Chiyo.
"Took you long enough Milen. It felt like you were gone for a year and a few months." I chuckled.
"I'm so sorry," she cried as she went and grabbed her apron.
Looking back at Chiyo I noticed that she was practically drooling while looking at the sweet treats and decided to buy her a few. We walked to a nearby playground and ate our treats on a nearby bench. Silently taking in the nice atmosphere. As we sat there a few parents came with their LOUD children and ruined my peace. Chiyo then ran into the playground and began running around everywhere. A few of the kids talked to her but I noticed no one played with her. Feeling new found energy I slowly snuck up on her and picked her up.
"Hey let me go!" She laughed as she struggled to get out of my grip.
"You are trapped forever!" I said as I began tickling her. This continued on for a bit until she bit me causing me to let her go.
"You little cheater!" I cried as I looked at the painful red spot on my arm.
'She is going to pay for that.' I thought as I ran up to her.
I began chasing her around as she screamed and ran into tight spaces. It was fun being able to spend some time with her. Then we played on the swings, the slides, and played parkourse.
"Alright Chiyo, do you want to go home now?" I asked her as we hanged upside down. A few people stopping to stare at us.
'Mind your business.' I made sure to glare at them as they awkwardly looked away.
"Can we go ice skating?"
"Ice skating? That's a random suggestion but let's go!" I said as I carefully got back on my feet.
I grabbed Chiyo's hand and walked to the street. "Taxi!"
~Timeskip~
"I think this is the place." I said to the man as we neared the building.
