“Rest in Peace to the Boiling water! He shall be mist!” I tried joking to lift up the mood, but I failed, I wasn’t noticed. It was when a cold and gloomy feeling filled the room, like somebody died. All of us were wearing black suits.

Namjoon entered the room and I saw how puffy his eyes were, like he was crying all night. “It’s time.. Let’s go.” Everybody stood up and so I did as well. I followed them out of the dorm and entered the van, Yoongi kept his face hidden the whole time and so I decided not to bother him anymore. For the first time, all the way to where we are going I kept my mouth shut, I guess this is the longest I was able to keep myself from bickering in respect to them.

We were nearing to the mountain, it was my favorite place – A heaven in earth as what I called it. It was the place where all of us went on a vacation. We went out of the van and started walking in the flight of stairs. Finally, we reached the end of the stairs, a place filled with white flowers and the sky closer than you ever imagined. This is the place.

The breeze is what greets us; a lot of people are here all wearing black attire and they made way for us. I was at the back supporting the younger ones. But I stopped on my track when I saw what it was; I saw my picture in a frame filled with flowers, a coffin to where myself lies. It seems like I was in a deep and peaceful slumber. My mom.. My dad.. And even my older brother was crying at the side.

I was taken aback.. How could this happen? I’m not dead. I’m here perfectly alive. Namjoon went up to the podium, “Jin-hyung.. was really a nice guy, he was the one who keep the group alive with his jokes. He became everyone’s pillar. Jin-hyung, you know, if memories can build a lane, tears could build a bridge, I’ll walk right in to heaven and bring you home with me again.” He chuckled as tears run down his face.

“Jin hyung became my parent when I came here. He was there to feed me when I’m hungry. Even though that we are years apart, he’s always there alongside, he was like a partner in crime. Thank you for the food hyung!” I laughed remembering all the times we ate together, cooking food for them. That’s why I was called eomma.

“He was my roommate and sometimes even though he’s annoying, he’s the hyung.” Yoongi wasn’t able to finish what he was going to say because of the emotions that carried him away. Even though people see him as cold, he very warm, he shows how much he loves us in his own subtle ways.

“I remember that one time that we fought, Jin hyung went to grasp my shoulder and said sorry. Jin-hyung, I’m sorry for being a brat, for always teasing you.. We’ll miss you..” Jimin gripped his shoulder, Mianhae Taehyung-ah, I’m not there anymore to grasp your shoulder.

“We always tease him about his dances, there was this time that I got annoyed because he can’t seem to get the steps but did his best. He’s one of those who behind the camera, always tries his best. He’s always been judged about how he sing and dance but Jin-hyung, you’re perfect for who you are. You are best on your own ways.” Please always continue being hope for everyone, I whispered in the air.

“Jin hyung! Are you here right now?” Jimin asked with a chuckle but tears went down. “We hope that wherever you are right now, you’re happy. We’ll miss you, and for once we want to see and hug you again.” They started throwing their wishes, farewells and flowers. Spring Day started to play as they lower my casket. I will be buried deep under the soil but memories, laughters, tears and smiles that we all shared will be remembered. “Bangtan will remain 7 forever, Kim Seok Jin will always be inside our heart.” I’ll remember that, and for once last glance, I looked at my family, they were my family.
