Jackie will forever be an international fashion icon. For her pink suit worn on that sombre day. For her elegance and beauty towards fashion. And for how she could make simple clothes look so beautiful without all of the fancy stuff.
Her fashion changed over the years. When she was growing up, it was mostly casual, partically formal and lots of horse riding gear. As the Senator's wife and First Lady, it was Cassini dresses, Chanel suits and Givenchy sunglasses and perfect shoes. The Onassis years, it was hippy skirts, big shades and casual jeans.
Her final years, she was allowed to disappear and dress like any normal New Yorker.
Jackie Kennedy will forever be preserved in our minds, with her grace, her elegance and mostly, her fashion.
