Third Person's POV
Little Lucy watched his Captain talk to his darling in the 1900's while every little thing that happened to her was starting to sink it. She wondered if she used her power to find her parents would she be hunted down by other agencies because of her capabilities. After all, she is one of the most powerful mutant on earth but also the most dangerous.
"Would you mind introducing me to your charming daughter?" The old lady, which is Peggy, asked. And so the teen stood beside Rogers who is sitting down beside the old lady's bed.
"Oh my what a colorful hair.." Peggy said.
"Thank you ma'am." Lucy smiled.
"And you taught her well Rogers."
"Maybe a little too much of the 1900's." Lucy giggled at her own joke which made Peggy and Rogers smile.
Time Skip
The two were walking upstairs going to their apartment. She sighed heavily for the day finally ended and all its drama.
"She's a sweet old lady." Lucy said while Captain is changing in his room.
"She likes you a lot you know. And remember I taught you well." He replied and laughed. The teen remembered what Captain told about her parents back in the elevator which made her space out. Captain saw her realized what she is thinking.
"Kid I'm sorry that I hid something from you." He sat beside her and lifted Lucy's legs to place it on his lap.
"It's not your fault dad.. I guess you didn't have a choice." Lucy still stared at the ceiling with many thoughts running around her head.
"I do but I'm just afraid that you'd abandon me because after all these years you trusted me with all I said and now you know the truth." He frowned and looked at the 17 years old girl that he had been taking care of for 8 years. Lucy's hair constantly changed colors.
"I did felt betrayed but I'm thinking." Lucy frowned even more of the question that he would ask.
"If I were to go find my parents back to where ever I live before would you allow me?" She looked at him with a blank expression but Captain seems too be taken aback. Silence filled their atmosphere as Captain frowned at the thought of his little clown leaving.
"As much as it hurts me to see you go... I will let you go..." He looked up the ceiling to avoid himself from crying.
Lucy rose up and hugged his Captain.
"I love you dad.." She hugged him more tightly and earned this response.
"I love you too kid."

Back to GothamEverything was simply reverting back to its old ways but Harley and Joker had to finish whatever they had. 8 years had been enough and Harley had grown tired of finding her while Joker had become more insane because she gave up. Each year they argued and argued until love and luck was no more.
Harley threw all her stuff in a suitcase while Joker watched her with a blank expression. Money and crime could no longer solve their problems. After all, a family breaks when a child is lost and away.
"So you're really going to leave." He asked and sat on right side of the bed. He lit up a cigarette and blew out smoke.
"Don't you get it! She's gone.. She has forgotten us and we can't even get to her. All you did was commit crime! You're not even finding a way to look for her." She shouted and cried while she puts more of her stuff in one suitcase. What she said made him angry.
"I stole money and threaten rich gangs just so I could have enough money to get out of this stupid city because of you hesitating to kill somebody each time we go for hunt! We could've got the money and left to look for her. We always get caught because of YOU!" he didn't let go of the cigarette and shouted at Harley.
"Who was insane in the first place? Wasn't it you!? You are too insane! Too insane and obsessed of Batman that you forgot that you had a daughter!" She glared at Joker and pointed at his chest.
"Who agreed to turn her in S.H.I.E.L.D? It was you right?"
Harley couldn't say a word. She did fill out the forms and informed the Bat about it.
"That's what I thought." Joker dropped his cigarette and zipped Harley's suitcase. He push it towards her which made Harley shocked of what he did. "Go... It's over between us." He went out of their bedroom.
