The Lost Queen Card

Chapter 11: New Memories

"Sir she's getting out of control we have to find something that would calm her." Agent Hill says.

"We still have that vial that could make her remove all the memories she had with her mother and father." Pierce suggested and pressed a button.

"I WANT MY PAPA AND MY MAMA I WANT TO GO HOME!!" Lucy shouted as she punched and flew around the impenetrable wall of S.H.E.I.L.D's prison. Blue smoke came out of nowhere in her cell as she breathed fire to avoid it.

The memory where she and her mother played and everything disappeared like dust. She lays down and and looks at her locket where her picture with her insane father and loving mother hugging each other. And slowly she drited of to sleep.

Meanwhile....

"You took away a powerful mutant from a mother that could calm her down and now you're asking me to take care of her?" Rogers said.

"Captain the kid's memories were removed and were modified." Fury answered as he walks around.

"And what did you replace in her memory?"

"The time when the Dark Knight saved her from falling into the Ace Chemicals is a blurry memory for her but her memory of us taking her away just that she could calm down was modified."

"But why let me take care of her?"

"Because we've put you in her memory wherein you're his savior from this world and that you adopted her."

"And her hair?"

"Her hair color changes depending on her mood red for anger, blue for happiness and others..."

"Show me the girl..."

They arrived at Lucy's cell where she sobs at the corner. Fury signals captain to go in and talk to her. Her hair continously change in shades of blue, violet, red, and green.

"Who are you?" she asked and looked at Rogers.

"I'm here to rescue you." He said.

"What am I?" She asked and looked at her face on a mirror.

"You're a mutant more like the most powerful mutant in the whole world."

"I'm experimented on?" Lucy looks at him full of fear.

"No! Definitely not. You were taken away from your parents."

"Where are my parents?"

"They're gone now. Now come on let's get out of here."

Lucy ran towards Rogers and hugged him as if he were her father. Rogers carried her and ran even though everything was a lie the S.H.E.I.L.D played along and so Rogers went to his motor.

They arrived at Roger's apartment and Lucy looked around. She sat infront of the television that shows the news about mutant's that are looking for a cure. One seems to control water.

"Have a drink." Rogers placed a glass of water on table and Lucy stared at it.

"You said I'm the most powerful mutant. What's my power then?" Lucy asked as she watch the tv once again.

"What I heard is Memory make."

"What's that?"

"What you see is what you get maybe."

"I could imitate their power and possess it?"

"That's right I think."

Lucy pointed at the glase of water and made it shape into woman. It shaped like her mother but all she knows  is the picture on the photo  and nothing else.

"Could you tell me everything about me."

"Your name is Lucina Napier but they call you Lucy you're five years old and the color of you hair can change depending on your mood. S.H.E.I.L.D helped you along with Batman of Gotham from making your power even grow uncontrollably from the ace chemicals. You had a friend named Gwen at Queens. And now I am your new father."

"What about my parents?"

Back at Gotham City

"WHERE'S MY DAUGHTER!?!??!" HARLEY screamed at Batman as she helps out Joker.

"You asked for my protection and this is it." He said as he walks away.

"There was nothing wrong going on with her!!"

"Look at your scars and tell me if it wasn't Lucy's power?! Look at you comrades ear and tell me if they're not bleeding?! She's a danger and everyone else is in danger."

"Harley..." Joker called as he stood up. "I'll look for her don't worry..."
