Tris' point of view

As soon as I leave the tattoo parlor, I headed towards me and Tobias' apartment. I opened the door and he wasn't there. Maybe he was still at work.

I sit down on the couch and watch tv for a little while. I hear the door open and close. I turn around and see Tobias. He smiles and I hug him as he come towards me. I start to remember the tattoo I got today. I'll surprise him.

"How about we make dinner," I suggest, trying to break the silence.

"Sure," He says. I go to the kitchen and cook tacos. I look over to Tobias and see him watching tv. I return to making tacos. Once I'm finished, I'm happy. I thought they'd turn out as an epic fail, but they didn't. I put the tacos on a tray and carry them to the table. Tobias gets up and goes to the table. He grabs a few and I grab some too. He takes a bite and his eyes go wide.

"What's the matter? Do they taste bad," I ask.

"No they're DELICIOUS! I love them," He exclaims. I breathe a sigh of relief. He scared me for a minute. After we're done with dinner, we go watch tv again. Tobias decides to play a movie. We get half way through until it scares me. Tobias wraps his arm around me, comforting me. I love him sooo much!

"Tris, I want to show you something I got," He tells me.

"Me too," I say.

"Okay, we'll both show eachother our good news on the count of 3," He says.

"Okay," I reply.

"1"

I lift my arm and get ready to remove the bandage over my tattoo.

"2"

I look at him. He looks...nervous.

"3"

I tear the bandage off and he shows me his wrist. I show him mine. Oh. My. Gosh. We got matching tattoos. He smiles and laughs.

"We got...matching...tattoos," He says in between laughs.

"I guess two great minds think alike," I reply.

He smiles and kisses me. I feel like I'm on a cloud around him, about to float away. I kiss him back and we break apart.

"I will always love you, Tris," He says.

"I will always love you, Tobias, forever and forever," I say.

We sit there in silence while we finish the movie.

"Its getting late. I'm going to bed," Tobias says.

"Okay, I'll be there in a minute," I say.

I slip on my pajamas and crawl into bed with Tobias.

"I love you," He whispers.

I would respond but I'm far gone.
