Anyways, of course I ship this! The majority of the fandom does, and I'm really happy about that. I've always loved these two since the beginning of the series, and their moments always make me smile.
I also believe that Hiro made these two canon in the manga, and he's going to do the same for the anime as well when that comes around. Levy has even blushed around Gajeel, and it's so cute! Not to mention him calling her shrimp.
Also, their height difference is just as adorable! I'm a sucker for short x tall pairings (which explains why I love Pearlmythest, Larsadie- wait, wrong fandom xD).
GaLe is one of my top OTPs! I do hope it becomes canon in the anime!!
