Chapter 9

Thursday
Nessa's pov
Today is the day of the collab! I really hope that Roni and Aaron get along good! I am afraid that they are going to hate each other. Well, at least we get to see Lauren! And if Roni doesn't get along with Aaron maybe I will. But, not as a crush or anything I have Gray a.k.a. the best boyfriend ever! I guess we aren't official but, we pretty much are. Anyways I'm going to text Marco and go over the plans.
Me: so, the collab  is today... should I just let it play out naturally?
😂Marco😂: yeah, that's the plan right?
Me: ok. I just hope they don't hate each other
😂Marco😂: I'm sure they won't! Aaron a nice guy! I've met him before and he's really nice!
Me: well if he's nice they will hate each other because Roni is the meanest person EVER!

Me: Well, I have to get going! Wish me luck!
M: I wish me luck
Me: 🙄🙄🙄🙄 Bye
M: fine bye!
Me: bye bro 🙄
"RONI!!!! WAKE UP! WE HAVE A COLLAB TO FILM TODAY!!!" I yell at Roni
"Nessa, do you seriously have to wake me up like that EVERY day?" She groans
"Yeah, until you get an alarm"
"Well how long till we leave?"
"Two hours hopefully that's enough time for you to get ready."
"It is! I only take an hour!"
"Only? It takes me like 40 minutes."
"Whatever"
"Well, I am leaving on time and if you don't come then you can be late on your own. I'm going to get ready now."
"Fine."

Roni's POV
          Since Nessa took the bathroom first I open my computer and start looking at online stores and stuff. My computer is being super slow so I look through my open tabs. I figure out that I have another whole window open that has been open for a REALLY long time. The first tab is the homepage of Lazyronstudios on YouTube. I remember that! Wasn't that a MONTH ago? The other tab is Alex Wasabi's homepage. That's the guy we are collabing with today! Wait...there's another tab! It's to email Alex... was Nessa planning this for a long time?
"NESSA! Come here! RIGHT NOW!" I yell
"ARE YOU OKAY??!" She runs into the room with unblended concealer
"Nessssaaaaa. Why did you want to collab with Alex?"
"So, you are fine?"
"Yeah, but does this have something to go with Aaron?"
"My ex Aaron? No!"
"No, the guy who I showed you like a month ago. Who has a YouTube channel?"
"Wait the one you have a crush on?"
"Yeah, Wait no! I don't have a crush on him!"
"Why would this have anything to do with a collab? Anyways... I'm going to finish my makeup and hair if your not hurt."
Oh well, I guess it doesn't. They probably don't live together.

Nessa's pov
           Wow, that was close! I can't believe she didn't figure it out!
Me: Marco, Roni Almost figured out our plan! I forgot to close some tabs on her computer a month ago. I guess she doesn't use her computer much.
😂Marco😂: really?! Did you convince her?
Me: yeah!
M: good job!
Me: thanks! I can't believe it! It was so close!
I have to go I look horrible atm and Roni is waiting
M: I'm sure you look great! You always do! 👍🙂
Bye!
Did Marco mean anything by that? Nah. He's just a friend of course. He knows I am with Gray.
I shrug it off and finish my makeup. I then do my hair.
"Nessa! We only have an hour until we have to go! I'm coming in!"
"Fine! I'm almost done! I'm just doing my hair."
These are the struggles of sharing a bathroom. I don't know what Roni and I would do if we had to share a small bathroom.
"I hope we aren't doing anything messy." Roni says while putting in dry shampoo.
"Good thing your using that. Otherwise you would be late."
"Yeah. God bless dry shampoo."
"Well, you can have the bathroom now."
Finally an hour later Roni and I were in the car going to Alex's house.
"I'm excited! Are you?" Roni says
"Yeah, I wonder what we will do."
We get to the apartment and knock.

Roni's POV
         We knock on the door and Alex opens it.
"Hi!" Nessa and I say in unison.
"Hello! Come on in!" Alex says
"Ok! Thanks!" Nessa says
"So, I'm sorry, who is who?" Alex asks
"I'm Veronica." Roni tells him. "You can call me Roni though
"I'm Vanessa, you can call me Nessa." I introduce myself
"Wow you look more similar than last time I saw you." Alex says
"They do? I think they look pretty different." Another boy says.
Wait! Is that Aaron? Wow! He's cuter than online!
"Oh, this is my brother, Aaron." Alex says.
"Hi" Roni and I say in unison again
"These are the Merrell Twins." Alex introduces us "This is Veronica or Roni" he says pointing to Nessa
"Hey! I'm Nessa!" Nessa says
"So, one of them is Nessa and the other is Roni." Alex says very confused
"So are you filming a collab?" Aaron asks
"Yeah" nessa chirps in
"Speaking of the collab, What the heck are we going to do?" I ask
"I was thinking we could play truth or dare or never have I ever." Alex says
"Sure!" Nessa and I say
We decide on doing a sour candy challenge on our channel. We all chat for a while. I talked mostly to Alex because as you know I am really shy and with someone cute like Aaron I don't come off as the person I am. I decided to get comfortable here and then talk to Aaron so I have more confidence. After a while if talking we all sit down and get ready to film. Should I invite Aaron to join the collab? Nah, Nessa or Alex might disagree. It's fine just us I would probably totally embarrass myself.
Almost as if Nessa was reading my mind Nessa asked if Aaron wanted to join us in the collab. This is just proof that we are truly twins.
"Guys, could we add Aaron to our collab since he has a channel too?" Nessa asks
"Sure" Alex says
"Yeah, we could do truth or dare on his channel and never have I ever on yours" I suggest
"Aaron?" Alex yells
"What?" Aaron yells back as he walks into the room
"You wanna join our collab?" Nessa asks
"Sure. What will we film?" Aaron asks
We describe our plan to Aaron and we decide to play truth or dare first.
"I'll go first" Alex says "Nessa, truth or dare?"
"Dare" Nessa says
"I dare you to go out into the hallway and run to the elevator and back doing the chicken dance." Alex says
Nessa gets up and does it.
"Easy" she remarks "Roni, truth or dare?"
"Ummm...truth" I say
"Ok...how about kiss marry kill?" Nessa says
"For who?" I ask
"Hmmm..." nessa says looking evil "the people in this room!"
"WHAT? No!" I say
"You gonna be a chicken?" Nessa threatens
"Fine. Guys, just know that this is not really what I would do I don't want to do any of these things to any of you. I just met you two! But I guess...kiss...Aaron I guess... marry ummm well I wouldn't want to marry nessa and that illegal so Alex. And that leaves Nessa to Kill. Sorry Nessa" I say
"You are the worst sister ever!" Nessa says sarcastically
"I would never kill you!" I protest
"I'm glad I'm not a Merrell! I don't want to die!" Aaron jokes
"I wouldn't kill any of you or marry any of you just saying! It only a game!" I say now very annoyed
"But you would kiss Aaron?" Alex says
I start blushing.
"Noo" I say
"Ooohhhh Aaronica! I ship it!" Alex says excited
"Well, if she did kiss me I would never kiss her back!" Aaron said almost annoyed as I am. I have to say it kinda breaks my heart. I think maybe have developed a crush on him, but you know I can't expect for it to be mutual. I look like a potato. (I don't think Roni looks like a potato. She is beautiful. It's just her character.)
"Ok then, Roni it's your turn." Nessa says
"Uhh Alex, truth or dare?" I ask him

Aaron's POV
           So, the Merrell twins came over and we are filming a collab with them. They are both really cute. Especially Roni. The first one we filmed was mine in which we played truth or dare. Nessa asked Roni kiss marry kill for the people in the room. She said she would kiss me, marry Alex, and kill nessa. I have to say, I wouldn't mind kissing her. Then Nessa and Alex started teasing us and stuff. I know she obviously didn't like me or anything and I said
"Well if she did kiss me I would never kiss her back!" The thing is...I would kiss her back. I know I just met her but she seems really sweet and she is beautiful. I have a problem with being rude when I am under pressure and nervous.
We continue playing but since Alex is such a bad brother he asked me truth or dare. I said truth. He asked who I would kiss marry kill in the room.
"Thanks Alex." I roll my eyes "kiss...nessa, marry... Roni and kill you Alex for asking me this."
"Harsh!" Nessa laughs "to bad I ain't behind a kissing booth. But, I wouldn't want to kiss you anyways." She shrugs. I laugh, it's not like I want to kiss her. She has such an attitude. Anyways.
We finish playing. The game goes on for way longer than planned. Oops. We decide to take a break.
"You guys want to stay for dinner?" Alex asks them.

Nessa's pov
Plan is on point! Well, not really. Aaron is a bigger jerk than I thought. He said he would NEVER kiss Roni. I think it hurt Roni a little bit. But the part that is working is they invited us to stay for dinner. Maybe they will get along better at dinner. I will talk to Alex. Then Roni will have to talk with Aaron.
"Sure! I'll just text our parents and tell them." I respond to Alex.
"Awesome!" He says.
"Hey Nes, can I talk to you a sec?" Roni whispers.
"Yeah" I say
"Uh can we go home right after dinner. I don't like Aaron. He is a jerk." Roni whispers
"But Roni, Lauren is coming after dinner and I told her we would be here."
"Fine, but after"
"Yup"
"Thanks love ya" she hugs me and I shrug her off. I grab my phone and text Marco.
Me: the plan isn't really working yet. Aaron is being a jerk to Roni. We are staying for dinner. I just hope he changes it around then.
Marco: Jerk? That so weird! He is one of the nicest people I know! Maybe he is just not comfortable around Roni. Idk
Me: maybe 🤷‍♀️ we will have to see.
