Chapter 16

Roni's POV
We sit down for a breakfast of pancakes that Aaron and I had made. I am glad that we went this party, well, kinda. I enjoyed being with Aaron but I feel bad for Marco. I still not know what happened completely besides the Gray punched him.
"I think that Roni and I should get going after breakfast." Nessa said and I nodded.
"I came here with Mahogany and Carlos, could you guys maybe drop me off?" Marco asked
"Of course" I said. We finished breakfast. And Nessa and I grabbed our dresses.
"Hey Aaron?" I said walking over to Aaron
"Yeah Roni?" He said turning around
"Thank you so much for helping me last night. Also, I'm sorry that I was so quick to judge you. And thanks for letting me borrow your shirt." I tell him and give him a hug. He hugs me back.
"No problem! Sorry I was such a jerk last time." He says as we pull away. I look over and see that everyone is watching us.
"Aaaawwwwww" Lauren squeals
"Um, well, we better get going" I say and look at Marco and Nessa. Nessa just smirks back at me.
"Ok, thanks for having us!" Marco says and starts to walk towards the door.
"No, I'm sorry that I had you over. Just take care of your jaw." Alex apologizes. Alex whispers something that I cant hear then, looks at me and Aaron. I look over at Aaron and he is obviously upset.
I have no chance with him! Why do I feel like this? Am I falling for him?
"Alright, we are going to get going, hope to hang out again soon!" I said walking to the door.
"Bye!" Lauren says to us and waves. I am turning around and I see Aaron smile at me...maybe isn't as crazy.
We get to the car. Marco and Nessa are talking nonstop the WHOLE ride home. It started out as cute but I got annoying. I was really cute when we said bye to Marco, Nessa gave him a huge hug and I swear I saw Marco blush a little. Marco also told Nessa "I think you look better in that shirt than I do." I think she may or may not have blushed a little too.
Now Nessa is sitting in the passenger seat while I drive.
"Nessa do you still love Gray?" I asked her
"How do you know what happened?" She asked
"I don't. I only know little parts." I told her.
"Well, Marco says that Grayson was going to hurt me and was about to punch me. Then Marco yelled at Gray, Gray punched him. Ethan dragged him away and Marco brought me to a bed." Nessa stopped for a minute but I could tell she was going to say something else. "I remember almost nothing but, I remember Marco saying something like... Nessa, I just want you to know that I love you. I know you love Grayson. I just want you to be happy.
The thing is... I don't know whether that was a dream or not. I told Marco I don't remember any of it. It's ju-BANG!

Marco's POV
I walk in the door and Carlos is sitting on the couch watching tv.
"Hi!" I greet him
"You sound really happy! Are you ok? Also, where were you?"
"I was with Nessa-" I start
"Oh, that explains it all." He says laughing. "Besides your jaw" He says and his expression turns to worry.
"I'm fine, it's nothing." I lie again and walk to my room. I text Nessa and lay back on my bed.
