Day Four

Travis' POV:

Just 15 miles left. Or just 10 if I detour through the market. I sighed and chose the market. The street was long and narrow but the end was practiacly at the castle gates. People where shoving past eachother and even stalls where fighting for space. I kept my hood up and tried to avoid eye contact with any one. No one would dare try pickpocketing of stealing because it would be inpossible to make a run for it without breaking someones bone.

"Just give me it!" A snotty voice shouted. I turned to see a little girl selling braceletts on the ground. A slimey man was insisting that she give him all of her stuff for free.

"N..n..n..no," She stuttered,

"Come on girlie, all you need to do is give it to me willingly."

"Of what happenes?" I stepped it,

"Well, I'll just take 'em," He grinned showing of uneven, rotten teeth.

"Listen sir, I'll ask you ONCE to leave so please, be on your way." I said,,

"What'll you go if I don't?" He retorted.

I punched him hard in the stomach. He went flying into the crowd and hit a stand of boxing ring bells sending two chiming.

I turned to check on the girl who still looked incredibly scared. I bent down, letting her see my face enough to know I was nice but not enough to be recognised.

"How much for one?" I asked her,

"Um... t..t..two p..pounds."

"Really? I'll give you 3."

She looked at me like I was crazy but accepted the coins that I was holding out to her. I took one of the braceletts and smiled again. She thanked me and gave a weak smile.

I stood up again and carried on squeezing through the crowds.

Katelyn's POV:

I was just lying on my bed. Dally was sitting on my tummy, stairing at me. My phone rang and I picked it up. A lizard wandered in and I presumed it was Ava and let Dally wander off to investigate her.

"Hi Katie." Kai's Voice greeted,

"Hey Kai, how can I help you?" I mumbled,

"I just wanted to see your beautiful face." He explained,

"Yeah? Well how 'bout we go to Mcd's tomorrow and you can watch me stuff my 'beautiful face' with fries?" I asked sarcasticaly,

"Really? I love that! Pick you up at 12 tomorrow then!" He said exitedly before hanging up.

I sighed and fell asleep.

Kai's POV:

"Who was that?" Niki asked in her inpossibly moniton voice,

"Just my date for tomorrow,"

"Where and with who?" She asked,

"With Katelyn at McDonnalds, 12am." I answered.

She smiled and wandered off.

I gulped, my mood was ruined succeccfully.
