Day 5

Travis' POV:

For the second time I approched the castle gates. A different set of them however. They had snakes weaving around eachother and each eye had a tiny emerald stuck inside. I jumped over the gate and snuck in through the kitchen staff enterance.

Like I was some main character in a disney classic movie, everyone smiled and waived, gave compliments and asked about my time away. No-one batted an eye when I strait up took an apple and wandered off.

I made my way to the security office to make a comlaint. It went along the lines of, 'If I can get in so easily, what about an asasin or bomber or robber?' but in the end, nothing was done.

I guess thats Neverwhere for you.

Katelyn's POV:

I was sitting in a crowded Mcdonnalds, listening to Kai's rambling. This Mcdonnalds, for some reason, had waitors and this one kept coming over and listening in. She looked alot like Niki, with her long hair and necklace but I've never realy seen her in different clothes so I couldn't tell.

"Any way, I said to her 'why would I ever take you for a ride? Do you think of me as some low standard pebble?" He continued.

My phone buzzed and I sighed with relife as I answered to call.

"Katelyn-sama," Kawaii-Chan whispered, "You need to get home quickly!"

"Why KC? Is something wrong?" I asked,

"Something suspicious has been spotted in the next to us and the police think it might be Laurence-Kun." I gasped and updated Kai.

I hung up and we made it back to his car.

In the car:

"It's a shame our date had to be cut short." Kai said as we rounded a corner,

"You say whaaaa?" I asked,

"Umm... It's a shame our da..."

"I heard what you said!" I cut off, "But who exactly said that this was a date?"

He thought for a second, "You did when you suggested it yesterday."

"The only problem with having a sarcastic voice is when people can't tell when you are being sarcastic." I mumbled to myself,

"I can tell it wasn't sarcasim, it was clearly a meaningful one," He said, "I can tell that you really wanted to have a romantic day with me."

He pulled up to the driveway. Un lucky for him because I could slap him now.

"DON'T YOU DARE PRETEND TO KNOW ME!" I shouted,"I NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT YOU IN THAT KIND OF WAY!"

He sighed and turned to me, smiling,

"Oh Katelyn, what a tsundere thing to say, don't worry no need to hide your feeling for me."

He placed his hand on my right cheek and wove a few strands of my hair between his fingers. I saw red. I punched him so hard that he flew out of the open window and I quickly got out of the car.

"HOW DARE YOU!" He shouted.

I turned around to see him running at me. His claws where shining and the look in his eyes was terrifying.

He scratched my face and I feinted.
