Darkness is surrounding me as if I was drowning in it. The light is above me and as I look up, I see very vague images of a man that resembles my father. I tried my hardest to move towards the light but I felt something holding onto me tightly. I began to get frustrated that I couldn't reach towards my dad. I could feel my skin starting to boil.
"Dad!" I screamed.
I jumped up, not realizing that I've been knocked out for a few hours.
"Jordan?" I heard Alex say when I realized that she was wrapped around me.
I didn't answer her and looked around to figure out where I was.
"Alex, why am I in your room and how did I get here?" I asked her.
"What do you remember?" She asked me.
"You know I hate when you answer my questions with a question." I said as I rolled my eyes.
"I know but I feel like you should be able to remember what happened." She retorted.
"Actually I don't. How could I possibly know how I got to your house when last thing I remember was..."
I stopped talking because I remembered that I punched Leo.
"Shit. He's going to kill me." I said as I tried to get up to look for my phone.
"Stop moving and just relax. I took care of everything and he's not upset with you. If anything, he'll apologize to you." She said while pushing me back down on the bed.
"You must not know him. He has to much pride to apologize even if he's in the wrong." I said.
"You'll see." She said while standing up and walking towards her closet.
"How'd you get me here away from Leo anyway?" I asked curiously.
"Let's just say that me and him came to an understanding." Alex said with a smile.
I noticed that she started to take her clothes off. She didn't try to hide anything. I looked away and closed my eyes.
"That's cute." She said while laughing.
"What's cute?" I asked.
"You're such a weird person. You're afraid to look at something you have already seen." She explained.
"I'm not looking because I'm being respectful. I'm not a perv." I said.
"I know you're respectful. That's one of the things I like about you and that's why it's so cute. But you do know that looking doesn't make you a perv right?" She said.
I didn't say anything as I gave in and opened my eyes. I looked straight at her eyes. Then my eyes traveled down. I gasped when I saw bruises on her thighs. I automatically stood up and walked towards her.
"Tell me everything that happened." I said in a deep tone.
"Okay but first you should eat." She said.
"Are you seriously horny right now?" I asked in a annoyed tone.
"No. Now you're being a perv. I'm talking about actual food." She said while starting to get dressed.
"Oh, well I'm not really hungry either way." I said.
"Well I'm not telling you then." She said.
"Fine but I'm cooking my own food." I snapped while walking towards to door to go to the kitchen.
I walked in the kitchen and grabbed a bowl. I started to make ramen noodles because I wanted something to cook fast.
"You have to tell me while I eat." I said to Alex as she walked into the kitchen dressed in a white tank top and black shorts.
