Xavier's POV

I still can't believe Mia said yes. The fact that she said yes surprises me. It's only 3pm so there's plenty of time to prepare. I have to make this perfect for both of us because I feel like I only got ine shot to make this right. And to make it perfect I need to know what Mia likes. And there's only one person who can help me with that I thought as I made my way to my car.

Jogging down the now very familiar hallway, I made my way to the classroom. Knocking I entered.

"Excuse me Mr. Adams, I'm here to pick up Ethan. His mother asked me too pick him up. Something about a family emergency." I said smiling and hoping he'd fall for that. I dropped Ethan home before so they trust me enough to let me take him. His parents even gave me permission in case of emergencies.

"Sure thing Xavier." he smiled back. Oh thank god. Ethan looked so confused when he exited.

"Why did my mom send you to pick me up?" he asked with that adorable voice of his.

"She didn't, I just lied so that I can spend time with my main man!" I cheered. He laughed at that

"I still feel bad for leaving your birthday party early as well." I said crouching down to be in eye level with him.

"It's okay. Mia told me that you had important things to do." he smiled as we exited the school.

The next hour was spent at an ice-cream place with Ethan trying to get as much information about Mia possible.

"Do you like my sister?" Ethan asked. His whole mouth was full of ice-cream. I couldn't help but laugh.

"Yes I like your sister." I smiled.

"Do you want to be her boyfriend?!" he asked excitedly.

"Do you want me to be her boyfweeennnd?" I mimicked him.

"Yes! Mia has never had a boyfriend before." the possibility of me being her first made my heart swell with happiness and then knowing that no guy was ever there to appreciate her saddened me a bit. But is it weird for me to be thinking of her that way so soon? I mean I hardly know the girl yet I feel so strongly about getting to know her.

"I don't know we'll see little man. Just don't tell her anything. This is a secret between men okay?" I said getting up to go. He just nodded really fast.

"And will you two kiss and stuff like how they do in movies?" he asked, finishing off his ice-cream. Instead of replying I just burst out laughing. God I love this kid.

"I am not answering that. Let's get you home now buddy." I chuckled as I led him to the car.

After dropping off Ethan, I made my way back home, my mind full of ideas. Stepping out of the elevator I looked up only to see Esmey and Leo slowly making out in front of the girls' apartment.

"Save the porno for when you're alone and not in a hallway where people which includes underaged children stay. " I said making my way to them laughing.

"Oh fuck you Hernandez" Leo laughed while giving me the finger. He got lipstick all over his lips and neck.

"Dude you're so pussy whipped" I couldn't help but remark.

Esmey came and then punched my shoulder. Hard!

"Watch your mouth pretty boy" she said playfully, earning a snort from Leo behind her. The door opened and Mia popped her head out of the door.

"Esmey I-" but as soon as she saw me there as well all color drained from her face and I know why. She was wearing nothing but a towel around herself. Nothing could be seen besides her arm and head. Her hair was dripping.
