Fast forward to the End of summer. (Early September)

Steve's POV

"So what do you guys want to do today, it is the last day of your freedom after all." Soda asked Pony and Two-bit. Pony was sitting next to Johnny on the couch. Two-Bit was sitting on the floor away from the rest of us. Every since y/n got thrown into jail Two-Bit's been moping around. He rarely came over to Pony's. I'm surprise he came over today. "Um we can go to the mall?" Pony suggested. "Sure that sounds like fun. Steve could take us right?" Soda said looking at me. "Sure lets go." I grabbed my keys. Pony and Johnny were already heading towards the door.

"Two-Bit you good?" Soda asked. Two-bit looked up from playing with y/n's switchblade. "I guess." he said quietly. "Come on dude you've been acting so dumb. Y/n's in jail. So what get over it. Youre the one that decided to date a Winston. You should've know that she's stupid enough to get thrown into jail." I said. Two-Bit stood up and pushed me. "Dont you dare call her stupid." He said. "Well I'm just speaking the truth." Two-Bit punched me in the face. We started fighting, Soda pulled me away and Johnny and Pony got Two.  "What the hell is wrong with you?" Soda asked. We walked outside.

Two-bit's POV

"Two-Bit but seriously you can't spend every minute worrying about Y/n." Soda said. "That's easy for you two to say. You can go visit your girlfriends right now. You can hold them and kiss them. I can't, do you understand that? I need to hold her in my arms, I need to see her beautiful e/c eyes, I need her smile. I need her." I said as tears fell. "i need you too."

I turned around and saw Y/n standing there. My mouth dropped. I couldn't believe my eyes. I was in shock. "Hey Mickey. Did you miss me?" She smiled. I ran up and wrapped my arms around her. She wrapped her arms around me. I held her tight, like if she would be taken away if I let go. I looked her in the eye and kissed her. I felt her kiss me back. I missed those lips. "I missed you so much." I said, ignoring the tears that fell. She wiped the tears from my cheeks and held my face. "I missed you too." She smiled, she pulled my face back towards her and she kissed me. I realized that the guys were there and that Johnny and Pony would want to say hi. I slowly let go of her. 

Your POV

"Y/n!" Johnny and Pony yelled. They ran over and almost tackled me to the ground. I hugged them as they basically squeezed the life out of me. "I missed you." Johnny said. "I missed you too." I smiled, kissing both Johnny's and Pony's forehead. They let go of me and I walked over to Soda. "Hey angel." He smiled. "Hey pretty boy." I said wrapping my arms around him. He hugged me back. I let go and he smiled at me. I walked over to Steve.

I had heard Two-Bit's and Steve's little argument. "Hey." He said. "Hey." I said back. "So, I'm stupid enough to get thrown in jail?" I asked. Steve's facial expression changed, I could tell he was now scared and nervous. "I-I'm sorry." He said. "Dont worry Steve, you're lucky I'm in a good mood. But I swear Steve Randle, you decide to grow a pair and talk shit one more time, I'll punch you so hard that it will knock your teeth straight. Got it?" I said. He nodded all wide eyed. "Um so, we're going to the mall wanna come?" Soda asked. "Sure sounds like fun." I said walking back over to Two-Bit. 

Steve hopped in the car and tried to turn it on, but it didn't. "Steve I think it's time you get rid of this skuzz bucket (an ugly car)." Soda laughed. "Well how are we gonna get to the mall now?" Steve asked. "We can walk. It's nice out anyways." Johnny suggested. "Walking doesn't sound to bad there Johnny Boy." I smiled putting an arm across his shoulder. He smiled. "Sure why not?" Soda said smiling. And with that we were off to the mall. On the way over it was mostly filled with silence because of the whole thing that happened with Two-Bit and Steve, and it was filled kisses on the cheek, forehead, and lips from Two-Bit. Each time he would kiss me he would smile. They asked were Dally was, and I actually had no idea. He told me he was gonna meet up with someone. 

Two-Bit's POV

After we were finished at the mall, Pony and Johnny wanted to head home. "Alright well were gonna go." Soda said. "Alright bye Pretty Boy." Y/n said giving a quick hug to Soda. She waved bye to Steve and pulled Johnny and Pony into a hug. "Wanna go back to my place?" I asked her as soon as the guys left. "Sure." She smiled. I grabbed her hand and we started walking to my house. "So you missed me?" She smiled. I stopped walking and turned to face her. I grabbed her and pulled her close and kissed her. A long and passionate kiss. "Does that answer your question?" I smiled. She nodded and pulled me back into another kiss. 

We continued walking down the street hand in hand. My Minne is back. I smiled to myself. I opened the door and Robin was sitting on the floor, playing with her dolls. Shit. "Y/n!" She screamed hopping up and running towards Y/n. Y/n dropped down and picked her up and hugged her. "I missed you!" Robin yelled. "I missed you too." Y/n smiled. She put Robin down adn Robin ran over to her toys. "Do you want to play with me? Please I haven't see you in for ever." She pleaded. Y/n looked back at me. I nodded. "Alright I guess I can play with you." Robin smiled and basically dragged Y/n to the living room. I smiled and went to find my mom. 

"Mom?" I knocked, slowly opening the door. My mom was sitting at her desk reading a book. She turned to look at me. "Hey Keith. What's up with you? You seem happy." She smiled. I smiled. "Y/n's out." I smiled even more. My mom's eyes widened. "Really? Where is she? Is she here?" She asked sounding very excited. "She's in the living room playing with Robin." My mom got up really quick and head to the door and to the living room. I followed behind her. "Y/n!" She smiled, her arms outstretched towards Y/n. "Hi Mrs. M." Y/n smiled hugging my mom. "I'm so glad your out." My mom said letting go. "I'm glad I'm out too." Y/n smiled. "Well we have to celebrate!" Mom said. "I'll cook dinner."

I walked over to Y/n. I put my hand on her shoulder and looked her in the eye. She looked back at me and put her hand on mine, smiling. We heard Robin gasp. We looked down and saw her smiling. "I knew it, I knew it, I knew it!" She said jumping up and down. "Mommy! Mommy my dream came true!" She said running off to the kitchen. "Lets go outside?" I asked. "Sure." She nodded. I took her hand and lead her outside. We got out to the porch and sat down on the bench we had. "I missed you so much." I said kissing her cheek. "I missed you too." She said smiling. "If you were away any longer I think I might have gone crazy." I laughed. She grabbed my hand and kissed the back. 

"So are you ready for school tomorrow?" I asked having my arm wrapped around her, holding her close. "No, I feel like skipping but I cant do that." She said. "It our last year of hell." I smiled. "Yeah." She smiled. We sat there for a while in peaceful silence.

"Don't ever leave me." I said, pulling her onto my lap. "I wont. I would never, on purpose anyways." She said, wrapping her arms around my neck. "Promise?" I asked. "Promise." She smiled. I smiled and pulled her into a kiss. We started making out, i have never missed someone so much in my entire life. "Dinners done." My mom came outside. We pulled apart and looked at her. She smiled and walked back inside. We looked at each other and laughed.
