Ambrosine
The palms of my hands began to sweat. I stood to my feet and paced back and fourth waiting for this crazy ass bitch to answer the phone. He stared with a concerned look but he didn't say anything.
She had me fucked up doing some dumb shit like that to this man after abandoning me. I was tight and she was going to feel me whether she liked it or not.
' You have reached the voicemail box of..'
" This bitch got the time to set people up but can't answer the phone!?" I was heated and wanted to get rid of all this stress.
" Chill out. I'm good. It will get handled" He grabbed me by my hand pulling me in between his legs. I lowered my head onto his shoulder. I felt bad.
" What are you going to do?" I stared up at him. He stared down at my with a blank expression.
" Saint..." I mumbled.
" I thought you were upset with her? Now it's Saint. Make up your mind bro."
" I don't want anyone to get hurt."
" Yet I did."
" Josiah it's not going to solve anything. Let me handle it."
" And how do you plan on doing that?" He asked.
" Give me her number."
" Nah. She won't get the satisfaction of easily getting in contact with you. It's exactly what she wants."
" I'm grown. I can make decisions for myself."
" I'm not doing this with you." He sighed.
" You can't control what I do." I reached for his phone but he held it away from me.
" Ambrosine stop. Just let me handle it okay?" He held my face.
" So what should we do?" My voice grew softer.
" I like how that sound." He chuckled.
" What?"
" We "
" Saint let's not start. You know there is no us." I maintained a soft tone with him. Maybe it would get me exactly what I wanted. I was desperate for that number. I had so many questions.
" Whatever you say beautiful." He sat closer to me.
" Why don't we talk about us instead? I want you." He added.
" Why you don't just find some other girl to pursue. Why bother me?"
" You perfect for me." He said.
" You don't even know me."
" But yet you had my seed growing inside of you. I was good enough to be your baby daddy but not your nigga? What sense does that make? You wanted a nigga to take care of you or something?" He frowned.
" Here you go." I sighed. He was doing the most. If he wanted me back in his life, this wasn't the way to do it.
" Nah let's talk about it."
" I'm good." I stood up to walk out. He grabbed my arm and pulled me back down into his lap.
" Ambrosine stop playing with me." He grabbed my face and tried to kiss me. I pulled away but he held on to me tightly.
" I don't want nobody else but you." He said.
" Please respect my boundaries." I pushed away from him.
He sucked his teeth, stood up and handed me the new iPhone box.
" I don't want to make you uncomfortable. I'm not going to over step anymore. I thought maybe I needed to be persistent. I'm not trying to come off as a creep." He mumbled.
