Chapter 66 - First Day Out

Laying on this flat bed was already uncomfortable now on top of that somebody lawyers heels was clicking loud as fuck annoying me.

One of my arms covered my face as the sun began to beam a bit.

My cell door began to open causing me to become alert and jump up.

" Here's your clothes, you're free to go." A correction officer spoke as my lawyer stood beside.

Who the fuck bailed me out?

" What you mean?"

" You made bail sir your family is waiting."

" Family? Nobody told me shit."

I nodded and followed the officer

After going through a bunch of shit I was finally a free man.

Walking with my lawyer confused he stepped to the side and all my questions were answered when I saw her.

" You bailed me out?" I raised a brow

" My daughter misses you and I'm tired of her crying so yea, I bailed you out and don't worry about repaying me. I'll give money to the families of your friends at different times so it won't seem odd that they all randomly made bail at the same time but you need to be out."
She said as we walked out.

" Well nice meeting you too. I wasn't paying you back anyways tho. I ain't forget that little stunt that "accidentally" happened" I laughed shaking my head.

" It was definitely not intentional" She sighed

" Sir I'll call you it anything comes up okay?" My lawyer spoke

" Okay thanks man"

He walked over to his car.

" So how you got here?"

" I drove"

" Oh aight."

She proceeded to this all black BMW. We entered the car and exited Rikers.

" How was jail?" She spoke up after a few minutes of silence

" Shitty especially the bed compared to waking up in a king size everyday"

" I see you enjoying New York" I added

" Not necessarily New York, more so meeting Ambrosine and Chasity."

" I can't wait to see my baby" I smiled

" She doesn't know you're coming home."

" Oh word? I'm about to shock the hell out of her then " I laughed. I was about to have fun with this.

" Yeah it's just she was crying hard yesterday and I didn't want to see her like that"

" Okay mother of the year"

We both laughed

" That rightfully belongs to Camila" She said humbly

" So how long you two been dating?"

" Since I laid eyes on her that was my girl in my head, she felt otherwise though. Straight ducking a nigga" I laughed

"But since August"

" Wow just August?"

" Yep"

" In the honeymoon stage still, that's cute" She focused on driving

" Hell no we been acting like a married couple since day one. These four to five months been like five years. I'm enjoying it even though shawty is crazy" I smiled thinking of her possible reactions when she saw me.
