07|「Why?」

Seconds, minutes, and hours passed. Finally, school is over. "Lesley! Let's go!" Layla yelled. I nodded.

We headed to our school's hall room, where Gusion gonna help Layla, Angela and I training.

My heart ache once again, because when we arrived there, I saw Angela and Gusion sitting on the floor while chatting and laughing together.

They look like a... Couple.

How can I get rid of this jealous feeling? I shouldn't have felt like this... They're only friends, Lesley! Pull yourself together!

I have to believe to Gusion. But... They look like they are more than friends. I sighed. Please, anything that made me jealous, get out of my head!

I got annoyed, since Angela and Gusion's face are only an inch away from each other's. Layla stared at them in confusion.

"Lesley, I thought... Gusion is your boyfriend?" she said. "He is," I replied. "Then... What the heck is he doing there with Angela?! They didn't even notice that we've arrived!" Layla yell-whispered, but not too loud.

I sighed. "Hi!" I said, as I went closer towards the two, with a fake smile plastered on my face, hiding the annoyed and jealous feeling deep inside.

They turn their gaze towards me. "Layla, Lesley! There you are! We've been waiting for you!" Angela said as she stood up, same with Gusion.

I rolled my eyes, then, we spend the rest of our day training, with the help of Gusion of course.

My head hurts... I just ate dinner before, but the headache is still there... I opened my science book, hoping that I can understand it.

But, I failed to do so. Even, some tears flowed down from my eyes, forming a small puddle on my desk. My head hurts so bad...

My phone buzzed. It was a text from Gusion. It was a short message said 'Don't play your phone! Study!'

I smiled weakly, then replied to Gusion's message quickly. 'Okay, but... My head hurts, I can't study... :')'.

I hope that he would at least cheer me up... A few seconds later, my phone buzzed again. A small smile crept on my face, but it quickly changed into a disappointed frown when I saw his reply.

'Don't be a crybaby. I don't like those kind of people'. Another tears formed in my eyes. He never said something like this to me...

Usually, he would cheer me up and give a motivation quote... Since he became closer with Angela, he acted colder towards me...
