A few hours passed and I watched the two boys that rudely pushed me aside exit the room. My dorm mate walked out and towered over me extending his hand. I firmly took his hand as the apples of my cheeks flushed with pink. I pulled myself up and let go of his hand.

He stared me up and down as if he was trying to decide something. He furrowed his brows and shook his head as he walked inside the dorm. I follow him in and lied in my bed. He shut the door and sat on his bed. I felt his cold, blank stare and I looked at him. There he was, staring at me with a confused look painted across his face.

"Stop staring" I mumbled, mockingly

He rolled his eyes and got up. I scooted to the corner of my bed away from him, thinking he would probably hit me or something. But he didn't, instead he walked into the bathroom and closed the door behind him.

I let go of a breath I didn't know I was holding. He came out of the bathroom minutes later wearing nothing but his boxers and some basketball shorts. I hid my face with a pillow as I started blushing at the sight of his bulging muscles.

He sat down and looked over at me.

"What's wrong with you?" He asked sourly.

I peered one eye out from behind the pillow. He stared at me as he walked over to the dorm's exit.

"Y-you're going out?" I immediately regretted asking.

"No" he coldly said as he locked the door.

I caught myself staring at him once again, and didn't stop. What was his name? I trailed off into thought thinking of what his name could be. I grew the courage to ask him aloud.

"What w-was your name again?"

He looked at me and sighed.

"Jacob."

I stared at the locked door. Why did he lock it? Was he gonna kill me? Oh god I'm gonna die aren't I?

He saw me looking at the door and looked at it himself. He looked back at me.

"Calm down it's just a door."

He sat next to me placing a hand on my thigh. I just sat there staring at his hand on my thigh blushing insanely, the pillow still covering my face.

I looked up and locked eyes with him. His eyes were a beautiful blue. Like the ocean. I could swim in them forever. I went back to staring at his hand.

"Kid..?"

I snapped my head up and locked eyes with him again.

"I'm sorry I snapped at you earlier. I'm different around them, I don't know why so don't ask."

I nodded hugging the pillow tightly. He got up patting my thigh and lied down in his own bed.

"Get some sleep kiddo." He put his arms behind his head laying on his back. I sat there, still staring at him. He closed his eyes.

"Turn off the light." I followed his orders like a dog. I got up and reached over shutting off the light. I lied back down in the sheets pulling the blanket over me. I eventually fell into a deep sleep.
