2.11 The Alien Bitch. End.

"Lady, how's it going?" Cheb asked Piper while hiding behind a dead bush. He was holding his gun ready to shoot at any moment.

"Fine. How about you guys?" Piper fired a bullet before looking back at Alex and Cheb

"It would've gone better if I didn't have to protect this lad" Cheb looked at Alex. He thought that Alex needed some muscles

"..." Alex didn't answer and only shot a few bullets. He knew he was weak which made him very unhappy. He wanted to protect his Maya/Piper; he did not want to be the one protected!

"Pokpok, why can't you kill these bastards?!?!" The general kicked Pokpok as he spat in his face.

"I'm sorry general. They're just too strong with those guns" Pokpok wiped away the saliva on his face and answered the general. No matter how much he was bullied he always had to bear with it because he knew how powerful the general was. The general could very easily kill his entire family.

"Give me my baby" The general put out his hand waiting for his weapon to be handed to him

Pokpok did as the general said and took out a massive laser gun. It wasn't the very best one, but it had tons of explosive power. It could easily explode a whole person

"My baby," The general, held his gun and petted it caringly. This was the weapon that had been with him ever since he was born. This was the gun that had killed countless of people with him

The general smiled and aimed his rifle at Piper. He was very confident that he would hit her because he never missed. He pressed the trigger and waited for it to hit Piper and kill her

But it didn't go the way he wanted. Piper somehow saw the bullet coming even though it came from behind. She dodged the shot right on time, and it flew past her ear.

"D*mn that was close. I almost died!" Piper wiped away her sweat while staring at the bullet which had hit a GA soldier. She was only able to dodge because PINK had warned her. If PINK hadn't said anything, then she would have died

"Pokpok! Why did she dodge?!" The general hit Pokpok with his gun very hard. How could he have missed? He was almost ashamed to death

"I'm sorry general" Pokpok lowered his head and secretly gritted his teeth. How was he suppose to know how she dodged? Why does the general hit him even though it was entirely his own (General) fault

The general scoffed and fired another shot. This time he was much more confident than the last time. If he couldn't hit, then he might as well resign from his position and go back to military elementary school.

This time he missed once again. The shot was not even a meter near Piper. It also hit one of his soldiers which made him so embarrassed.

"Thanks for the help" Piper looked back at the general and sent him a wink while laughing.

"Argh!" The general stomped his foot in anger and spammed the trigger. He shot like a maniac, and the funny thing was that not even one of them were close to Piper. Instead, they all hit his soldiers

Piper only smirked while secretly laughing in her heart. She thought that this gem boy could become a pretty good clown. 

As Piper was too absorbed in her thoughts, she didn't realize a bullet incoming.

"Watch out!" Alex shouted to Piper with worry. Piper looked back at Alex and at the same time she saw the laser bullet only a meter apart from her. It was too fast for her to dodge so she could just silently watch the bullet getting closer

This is it. I'm done for.

She closed her eyes and waited for the pain to come, but she didn't feel any pain at all. She only felt a warm body embracing her.
