Secret place

I am in the white walled room with no exit again. The black dress once again and hair in perfect curls.

Ahhh! I wish I woke up looking like this. Unfortunately, I don't.

The room disintegrates abruptly and that leaves me in my room. I look around, confused as to why I am here.

I see myself sitting at my study table with my books open. I look like I am concentrating on learning.

I am wearing white shorts and a loose grey shirt. My hair is tied up in a ponytail.

Suddenly, Chan appears behind that me and lifts me off the chair. I laugh and smile like I am in love as he puts me down and I hug him tightly.

We both are smiling and he holds my hand and walks out the door and takes me down to his car.

We get in and drive out to a beautiful river bank. Chan sets up a picnic for both us and we sit there, hugging each other.

I feel so.... so ... I don't know what this feeling is. It's like spring is blooming inside me.

I am on an oxytocin high. My dopamine is flowing through out my body and my blood pressure is increasing.

(I just finished reading a bunch of science research results so forgive me for all this biology.

Anyway, oxytocin is the hormone that makes you super happy.

Dopamine is the hormone related to trust and love.

What is this weird feeling inside me? Why do I like seeing this? In a way, this feeling is torturing me.

"See, this is the torture I had to go through for the last three months and I didn't even know you at that time." Chan's voice comes from behind me.

I look behind me and find Chan dressed in the outfit from yesterday's dream.

He smiles sadly at the scene. "It killed me, not knowing who that beautiful woman was." He says.

He looks at me. I gulp. Is it just me or does he look twice as good when he wore that outfit?

I look at the two of us having the picnic run around and play with each other.

A smile spreads across my face as I observe the scene. I don't know what is happening but I still love this feeling.

The scene turns black and all of a sudden I am in the forest again with Chan standing next to me.

"What are this visions indicating?" I whisper as I see the river's glowing water.

Another path lights up, starting at our feet. I look at Chan, "Let's go?" I ask him.

He nods and we walk along the path and look around as we walk. I look occasionally at Chan and my cheeks burn up.

"I wonder where this path is headed." I ask myself. Chan looks at me and smiles. He holds my hand and we continue walking in a comfortable silence.
