"So, that's how you do it." Chan says with a smile and looks at me and catches me looking at him.

"You seem distracted. Is there a problem?" He asks sweetly.

I shake my head. "You are alone here?" I ask him, putting on a fake jolly persona.

"Yeah. Since I am new here, I don't really have a lot of friends." He says and smiles at me.

"Oh, then, may I keep you company tonight?" I ask, looking into his eyes.

"I don't see why not." He replies and tilts his head.

"I will make sure to keep you entertained." I say with a smirk.

"Oh!" Chan says in a surprised tone. He crocks his eyebrows at me.

I close my eyes and think of my family, tied up in that dark room and open my eyes. I lick my bottom lip and lean forward.

I stop right before our lips touch and look at him for permission. He looks at me and smirks.

I take it as a yes and attack his lips and press him down on the couch as I get on top of him.

"Are you enjoying the show?" I ask him as my hands slide down his torso.

"Very much so." He replies is a deep whisper.

I smirk at him and continue.

That night, yet another cute, romantic scene between us unfolds before us in our dreams.

I wake up when my phone rings loudly. I open my eyes and look at Chan who's sleep was also disturbed by the sound.

I am hugging Chan and we are on his bed. I move away and take my phone.

"Hello?" I ask in a raspy voice as I cover my chest with the sheets.

"Y/N WHERE ON EARTH ARE YOU? WHY ARE YOU NOT IN YOUR ROOM?" Tessa shouts at me.

"Hmm. I had to go to my family and there is this family event now so I quickly came here. I got a call yesterday. I am so sorry, I didn't want to wake you guys." I say as I turn around to look at Chan who silently laughs.

I smile as I see his adorable dimples. "So ... I will inform you when I am coming back. Bye!" I say and hang up.

I let out a sigh an sink into the bed. Chan hugs me and kisses my cheeks. "Does that mean we get to spend the whole day together?" He asks.

"If you want to." I say as I snuggle closer to him. I feel like I am betraying him and that makes me feel awful.

But, I can't let my family suffer because of whatever is happening. If I can at least make Chan happy, that would make me feel less guilty. Or so I think?

I close my eyes and hug him tightly and bury my face in the crook of his neck. I want to stay here forever.

"I'll go make us breakfast." Chan says as he slide on a tee shirt and sweatpants.

I smile at him and stay in bed and cover myself in the sheets. I close my eyes and let the tears that I have been holding back.

I want to see my family. I want to free them of whatever danger they are in.

I need to find out why they need me to get close to Chan. What do they want from us?

I slowly get up and go to the bathroom. I take a shower and wrap a towel around me and go to the bedroom to search for my clothes.
