Samantha's POV

You know that feeling you get? When everyone is staring at you? Yeah. That is exactly how I am feeling. Chloe and I hoped out of my car and started to walk to the main doors. I looked around to see who was here. There were werewolves, fairies, vampires, and witches. *sigh* Just like I expected, no mermaids. All of a sudden, a blonde (with way to much makeup) walked up to us. Come on Sam! Be nice! Don't judge a book by its cover. Don't judge a book by its cover. Don't judge a book by-

"Who the hell are you? You know, this is a school for supernaturals!" she practically screeched. Wow...I...HAVE AMAZING JUDGING SKILLS. I was right! She is a bitch! And I mean literally. She reeked of dog. *tsk tsk* I thought a werewolf bitch like her would actually LIKE to be clean. Whoah, my mind is off track. What is she saying? "...while you don't belong here. Now scram before I bring out the claws!" She threatened.

"More like paws..." Chloe mumbled. Cake-face, her decided nickname, gasped. Ah, she was a werewolf. I remember that their hearing is great. In that case...

"She reeks of bones and chew toys. Those paws have been used way too much..." I whispered a little to loud to Chloe. That got to cake-face, and boy was it hilarious. Her eyes started to get red, the typical color for when female wolves start to get angry. "Oh my! You look like you need to cool down. Let me help you!" I said in a fake friendly voice. Spotting the nearest water fountain, I twisted my wrist. Water came out and hovered in the air, waiting to be propelled. I should go for her clothes. Or her hair. That would make her really pi-

"Uh, Sam?" Chloe interrupted, "you've...um...attracted...quite a crowd." I looked at her, and then to the circle of people I hadn't noticed before.

"Sorry," I said sheepishly. Quickly making the water pour down on the blonde, I grabbed my best friend and ran inside.

Tyrone's POV

*Beep Beep Beep*

"Ugh."

*BEEP BEEP BE-*

"I'm up you little devil!" I exclaim turning my alarm clock off. I shower and get changed not caring what I put on. I trudge downstairs to the smell of bacon. Mmm...bacon. "Morning mom," I tiredly say.

"Are you ready for your first day back to school?" she asks me. Ugh. School. The place where hell and this world become one. Stupid learning. I won't need that 'knowledge' for the future anyways! Stupid witches. Always pulling pranks on us.

"I'm ready for school, but I don't want to go back yet." I said truthfully. Just then more foot steps were headed towards the kitchen. Knowing that scent anywhere I started smiling. "At least the big bad alpha still has to go with me." My mom laughed. Jace came into the room and scoffed.

"I can still ban you from the pack." he responded. Typical Jace. I remember when we were always playing on the swings not worrying about pack stuff. We would run around and laugh all day. Those were the good times. "...done this year." What did he say? Wait, is he?

"Are you STEPPING DOWN from YOUR POSITION as ALPHA?" I screamed while falling out of my chair. Ouch, now my head hurts. Eh, it'll heal. But back to the situation at hand.

"What? No! I was saying we will be done with school this year. God. You never listen." he said.

"What can I say? I'm skilled with short term memory." I cockily said while Jace facepalmed himself. I laughed and he joined in with me. I stopped when my mom cleared her throat motioning to the clock. "I'm gonna be late! Bye mom! Love you!" I said, "Come on, Jace!"

The car ride was short, as expected. The pack house wasn't far from our school. It was made that way. I hopped out of the car finding no one in the parking lot hanging out. That's odd...usually everyone waits here before the bell. "Where is everyone?" Jace asked looking around. We started walking towards the front of the school.

"I have no idea." I replied. "Maybe we came late, OR MAYBE THE TEACHERS BAILED AND WE DON'T HAVE TO TAKE CLASSES! WHOOP! WHO-" I was shut up by Jace slamming his fist in my side. "Ouchy...that hurt."

"Look over there!" Jace motioned over to a circle of kids. "Let's go see what the witches did this time." He sighed. Probably another prank if you ask me. They always like to start the year with a bang.

Jogging over to the circle, I got a view of what was happening. Towards the left side of the circle, one girl with long, wavy, light brown hair was standing. She had her arm out with her hand and wrist tense. Almost as if she was...holding something? And another girl with perfect blonde hair in a ponytail was standing by the first girl. May I say that they looked fine, but I also noticed they were new here.

To the right of the circle I saw a petrified Lindsey. I followed her eyesight to see what was so terrifying. Looking over at the water fountain, I noticed a stream of water coming out. Hovering. In mid air. "What is goi-" Just as I was asking the question, the brown haired girl looked around with a sheepish smile on her face. That was pretty cute, her smiling like that. WHOAH. Where did that come from? Regaining focus, I just caught the last glimpse of the water falling on Lindsey while the two other girls ran away.

As if asking me question for me, Jace responded to the scene with, "Who were they?" Sadly, that was something I couldn't answer...yet.
