It was the first day of public school for Gaster, and he was attending the same class as Dayne and the Twins! "Don't you find it even a little weird?" Gaster asked Dayne during their bus ride to school, Dayne shook his head casually. "NOPE! I thinks it's gonna be fun, and now I finally have a partner!" Dayne smiled, Gaster chuckled. "A partner for what?" Gaster asked, Dayne turned to him. "We have a science project today, we're making snow!" Dayne smiled, Gaster chuckled. He thought perhaps Dayne had never seen snow before, but that was okay... "Alright then... What kind of school is it? Monster school?" Gaster asked, Dayne gave him a confused look. "It's both races! Monster and Human kind go to this school, ask Berlin he's the only Monster in his class besides Purrla." Dayne smiled, Gaster laughed. "Humans huh...?" Gaster looked down, remembering his death long ago.... "That's not a problem is it?" Dayne asked, Gaster shook his head. "No! Not at all!" Gaster lied, he didn't trust humans anymore... Well except for Frisk, and he wondered where she was by now....
The first part of the day was spent introducing Gaster to everybody, after that the roject started. Boards were passed out to everybody, one per pair. Then bags of white fake snow was passed out, one per pair. The children were given chemicals that were safe to use, for what none of them knew! Dayne and Gaster stood side by side, just staring at the snow and chemicals. They followed the instructions, until the snow burst in flames. "Gah! How did that even happen!? That's breaking all laws of physics!" Gaster yelled, backing up. "I DONT KNOW WHAT YOUR SAYING, BUT IM SCREAMING TOO!" Dayne shouted, he grabbed some water ready to throw. "Wait no!" Gaster yelled, but it was to late.... The fire grew even more, Dayne threw the glass at the wall. "WATER IS COMPLETELY USELESS!!!" Dayne shouted, Gaster panicked. "YOU CANT USE ORDINARY WATER ON FIRES LIKE THIS!" Gaster shouted, he summoned a large bone flattening the fire until it was burnt out. The teacher looked at their direction.... "We're dead, aren't we?" Gaster asked, Dayne nodded.
A few minutes later both boys sat in the Principal's office, Gaster nearly at tears. "I didn't do it! I promise!" Gaster begged, Dayne looked at him. "Uncle Gaster didn't do anything, he was a witness! I was the one who broke laws of physics" Dayne raised his hand, the Principal sighed. "I don't even wanna know how you managed that Dayne, Gaster I apologise for accusing you, it is your first day here" The Principal smiled, Gaster smiled. "Thank you, Mr.... Uh" Gaster looked at the man behind the desk, who smiled. "You can call me Mr. Yin" He smiled, Gaster nodded. "Please leave my idiot Nephew with a warning, he really didn't mean it" Gaster smiled, Mr. Yin chuckled. "Dayne I did call your Mother, she sounded quite pleased with you. Gaster, I will call your brothers and fix the mistake" Mr. Yin said, both Boys thank him and left. "How? Just how?" Gaster asked, walking down the hall. "I mean... When I was alive thousands of years ago.... Chara and I ate an entire fridge under 5 minutes, but how do you set snow on fire?" Gaster asked, Dayne shrugged. "Heck of I know, but if you enjoyed that then your in for a show for the entire school year" Dayne smiled, laughing. "That was dangerous, somebody could've gotten hurt" Gaster said, eyeing his nephew... "My Bad, I actually wasn't expecting that to happen...." Dayne said, laughing. Gaster shook his head, but he smiled...
He was glad to be back....
