2. Rejection

'I'm really sorry ' my heart broke into million pieces

'i know you are a very good girl, but the thing is that, I've always seen you as a friend and nothing more than that and right now, i want to concentrate more in my studies than this things, i hope you understand'

'I understand ' i say with a shaky voice tears forming in my eyes, i tried to blink it away but some escaped my eyes. Chan didn't notice because i kept my head down to prevent him form seeing me cry.

'Oh! You do? I guess we're good then?' He said with a nervous smile 'but we are still friends right?' He said not sure what to say.

I tried to swipe away the tears without him noticing and nod while giving him a fake smile assuring him.

After I've nodded i could see him smiling from the coner of my eyes, then he hugged me, his hug felt so warm and comforting that i didn't wanted to let go of him, i just wanted to hold him tight and cry for the whole day, but i didn't wanted him to feel more awkward because of me.

I suddenly pulled away from the hug and he gave me a confused look 'let's go back to the class it's Mr.Lee's period, and we wouldn't dare to be late during his period right?' I said and his mouth formed into an O-shape.

Then we began to head towards our class.

Lunch time

'What he rejected you?' My best friend lisa wisper shout at me, and i nodded 'what the hell is wrong with that boy?' She shouted at the top of her voice getting the attention of all the people in the cafeteria.
