The next day i woke up i saw that someone have put the blankets over me, i guess that someone is my mom. Oh! She's at home.

I went downstairs to search for her but i noticed another note on the table.

Sweetheart I'm really sorry to do this but i have to go. The project that we are working on is really important if succeed then my boss will give me promotion and i will be able to spend more time with you.

I noticed that you didn't had you dinner sweety don't skip your meals i made you breakfast and you are supposed to eat it ok.

I sighed after all it's not her fault she doing this only for me.

I headed upstairs and got ready for my school i had my breakfast and went to the bus stop.

In school

I stood in front of the door of our classroom praying so that I don'thave to face chan.

Coz i know if i see him then I'll be all red and start crying. I entered my classroom to be greeted by my angry teacher.

'Miss Y/N we would appreciate if you would be more punctual' said Mr. Lee giving me  a death glare.

'But my watch ' i saw my watch and then i realised that my watch battery died why do things like this always happen to me.

'But your watch?' Mr. Lee said cocking an eyebrow.

' Nothing i will not repeat that again ' i said bowing my head 90° and went to my seat.

'Good morning ' Lisa wished me with her cheerful voice. I just nodded as my eyes searched for only one person.

'Hey that's rude, by the way whom are you searching?' She asked following my gaze.

'Chan' i said

'Oh! He is absent today'

' Thank God ' i sighed in relief

'But one day or the other you have to face him'

'I know but I just feel so embarrassing'

'Whatever by the way don't you think it's unusual for chan to be absent?'

'Now that you've mention i do think this is really unlike him. There must be some serious reason but how do I find out? '

'Hey why don't you ask woojin? After all he is chan's best friend'

'Good idea i will ask him during break'

Break time

I went to woojin and tapped on his shoulder he turned around

'Hey Y/N ' he said showing his bunny teeth

'So you needed me?'

'Umm... i wanted to ask you something '

' can you tell me why chan didn't came to school today?'

'Oh! Actually he left the school ' he said giving a sad smile

'Left?' I said not wanting to believe his words 'but why?'

'His dad got transferred to another city so they had to move.'
