Destiny's POV
It's been about a week since the incident with Andy and I have been a mess. I haven't really been eating, I refuse to leave my room, I still haven't bought a new phone. Everything is just a wreck without him here. I never realized how much I depended on him until now. I just wish I could explain to him what happened, and explain that what Ashley said was untrue. Everything is so screwed up and frankly I don't want to be here anymore.
Andy's POV
It's been about a week since I found out that Destiny was cheating on me. I cannot believe that she would do something like that. I really though she was different, but I guess not. Is there anyone that will treat me right? I've been going to bars a lot recently to waste away the pain in drinking. I would hook up with a girl and never feel the same as I did with Destiny. I really loved her, but obviously the feelings weren't mutual. The guys have come over a couple of times to check on me; it was always the same routine. I would go out, get drunk, come back with a random girl, hook up with her, she would leave, the guys would come over to tell me how what I'm doing is wrong and that I should talk to Destiny, they would leave, and I would do it all again. I really want to talk to her; I want to hear her voice one more time, but I just can't bring myself to go over there.
"Andy, dude, you need to talk to her," CC said to me. We were all sitting in my hotel room talking.
"I know that, but I can't bring myself to do it. I loved her, CC, but obviously she didn't feel the same," I said sighing. My head was throbbing from partying the night before.
"For Christ's sake man! Look at yourself!! You are partying every night, drinking until you can't see straight, hooking up with random chicks to ease your pain, and then complaining to us. The only thing you aren't doing is trying to fix things with Destiny! So how about you stop feeling sorry for yourself for once and actually try and fix things! Go talk to her!" Ashley yelled at me. "If you think about it, you are no better than she is being that you have been with about six girls since. At least she was only with one." That hurt. It was true though. I'm such a screw up!'
"You're right. Can one of you drive me over there?" I asked while sighing. They nodded and headed out to the van. I got in and we drove over to my house where Destiny was at. When we pulled up in the driveway, I mentally cursed myself for forgetting my keys. I searched in the plant by the door until I found the spare and unlocked the door.
As I walked in, I heard a loud crash from upstairs and took off running.
"DESTINY!" I yelled while running up the stairs. I made my way to our bedroom and found broken objects everything. I made my way over to the bathroom and collapsed at the sight. "Destiny," I whispered. I crawled over and took her in my arms. I held a cloth on her arm as her breathing and heart beat slowed.
"CALL AN AMBULANCE!!" I yelled as the guys were now coming up the stairs. I heard one of them talking to the paramedics and I held Destiny in my arms. "Come on baby. You have to stay with me. Come on. Hold on baby. It'll be okay. Come on. Stay with me." The paramedics rushed in and took her out of my arms. They took her downstairs and out to the ambulance. I broke down in the doorway to the house as the ambulance pulled away.
Why did this have to happen?
