Bella was sitting down in the waiting room waiting to hear anything about Bruce's condition. She had blood all over her clothes and neck as she waited for some news her nephews began to come into the waiting room asking Bella what happened but she didn't answer them, she just told them to sit down and wait. Jason went towards Bella but she put her hand up and she got up walking out of the room.
No one has seen Bella like this since she came back from the island. She was distancing herself from the others for some reason. She walked in front of the vending machine getting something to eat for herself and the others.
"Bella?" Someone said and she turned around seeing Damian.
"Hey," She said as he walked towards her.
"Do you think father will be okay?" Damian asked her.
Bella bends down to his height putting her hands on both of his shoulders. "To be honest with you. I don't know," she seen Damian bow his head. "But what I do know is that your father is one of strongest people I know. If anyone can get through this and fight it's Bruce."
"But what happens..."
"He won't leave you, Damian. He wouldn't do that, he loves you even if he doesn't say it enough. He'll make it." Bella looked up seeing her nephews standing right behind Damian. "He won't leave any of you," Bella said giving Damian a hug. The boys all looked at each other knowing that they'll still be together even if something happens to Bruce.
Bella broke the hug looking at Damian seeing his eyes all glossy. "You need to be strong, not just for you but for all of us when we can't be. Promise me that," Bella said.
"I promise," Damian told her.
"Good," Bella said as some tears went down her cheeks. She stood up and they all went into the waiting room.
As they walked into the room, she saw Oliver, Thea, Roy, John, Felicity, and Laurel sitting down in the waiting room.
"I heard, what happened are you okay?" Oliver asked her. She went towards him giving Oliver a hug. Bella let go of him and wipe her tears from her face.
"You're bleeding?" Laurel said.
"It's not my blood, it's Bruce's. He was bleeding pretty badly. I just hope I made it here on time," Bella said.
"I'll stay here with you as long as you need me," Oliver told her but Bella shook her head telling him that his mother trial was today and that he needed to be there for his mother.
"Emma is with Alfred at my apartment, I'm not leaving here until I find out if Bruce is okay," Bella stated.
"Fine, just keep me posted," Oliver told her giving her a kiss on her head. Everyone left except for the Wayne family.

The doctor went towards them and everyone stood up waiting for the doctor to respond.
"For Bruce Wayne?" The doctor said.
"I'm his sister," Bella said walking towards the doctor.
"He'll make a fast recovery. Your brother he's a real fighter, we nearly lost him twice but he kept coming back. If you didn't bring him in when you did then he wouldn't have made it," The doctor told Bella and she nodded.
"Can we see him?" Bella asked him.
"Yes, he's been asking for all you anyways." The doctor walked away from them.
"So what did the doctor say?" Dick asked.
"That he'll make a fast recovery and that we can go see him. We just need to ask the nurse what room he's in," she said with a smile on her face.
