(Flashback to the garrison)
Keith's p.o.v.
I sit in class writing down only what I understand. Which so happens to be a sentence or two. I try to comprehend what Iverson is babbling about. Other students raise their hands quickly answering whatever questions were asked. A lot of people know I don't fully understand english, so when talking they speak fastly. Some laughing or getting annoyed when I ask if they can slow down.
Today is one of the days the teachers speak fast, I know they don't alway do it on purposes. Although it feels like they do. Thankfully this is math class which is sonething I can understand. Iverson calls me and asks me to solve the problem on the board. I thought math class was safe.... it isn't on the board a word problem with words I don't know or understand. "Um..." I mumble under my breath. Another kid raises his hand "excuse me sir but keith can't solve this he barely understands english", he says making the class snicker or laugh. RING RING saved by the bell. Next was flight class I can do that I can fly with out a doubt, but can I understand directions.
I walk to my next class with despair when shiro walks up to me, "how you doing baby bro" he asks. "무서운" I say "輝かします" shiro replies, "how I barely understand english language" I reply. "You were close you actually just say english" he says in a somewhat mocking tone. "엿 먹어라, anyway I must go I'll be late for my class." I say leaving to go to my next class.
*timeskip to a month after the kerberos*
It's been a month after the Kerberos mission, I understand english better not the way shiro could though. I understand what people say about shiro and the rest of the crew for kerberos. 'the mission failed due to pilot error.' I know that is lies I get lost in thought until I hear my name on the intercom, iverson calling me to the principles office. fuck this is the fourth time this week. I head over in an angered attitude "you called sir?" I ask with a hint of annoyance. "I called to talk about your behavior this past month" he says anger lacing his voice. I remain silent "keith this is the fourth time we've called you to the office", "then stop calling I can see why you're single your clingy" I shoot back in response. "Maybe if shiro was alive he'd whip you in shape, but he's not so learn how to beha--" before he can finish his sentence I punch him with all my anger and strength. "MAYBE IF YOU WEREN'T SUCH AN ASS YOU WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN PUNCH, BUT YOU WERE SO LEARN WITH A FIST TO THE FACE" I shout while other teachers rush to suspend me and help Iverson.
"EXCORT MR.KOGANE OFF THE PREMISE AND YOUR KICKED OUT OF GARRISON" "GO SUCK A DICK BITCH" I yell as teacher drag me off campus.
(End flashback)
I sit on the couch as pidge and lance are telling stories about their time at the garrison. "and Iverson's bad eye-" lance says " wait what bad eye, keith did you know about iversons eye" shiro questions. "What bad eye" I unconvincing "it happened a week before yo-" pidge starts to laugh I assume she figured out whats going on. "You know what I'm gonna go train" I say as I run out the room shiro yelling for me to come back.
