          Most of the town's people looked really uncomfortable. The adults were giving me sideway glances, while the kids were climbing in my lap trying to get my attention. I can't believe Blue lead me to the center of this tiny village to watch Jonathan's death. Some people were sad about the hunter's death...but, most people were happy about it. Jonathan must have been a ass.

My attention was drawn to my lap when I feel something poke me, hard. I see a little girl, around the age of ten, frowning up at me. I tilt my head to the side and give her a small smile. "Hi mister, can I ask you how ya got this big?" She asked in somewhat babytalk. I inwardly cooed at her cuteness. " I guess I was born this way, sweetheart." I say to her. She looks confused for a second before merrily chirping " Ok! My name is Anna! what's yours?"

My heart is dying from Anna's cuteness. " My name is Wolfy.....Wolfy the werewolf..." I chuckle. She nods her tiny head ok as she starts to climb up my shirt. I stiffen. What the hell was Anna doing? In a matter of minutes she reaches my shoulder, sits down panting, and leans against my neck. With a small sigh, I relax a bit. I don't want to harm her.

I relax a lot more when most of the kid's parents call them to their side. Anna stays on my shoulder though. My attention is drawn from Anna to the elevated stage, that now had Johnathan and a guard walking across it. The guard ties a rope around the hunter's neck. Everyone in the crowd goes silent as the guard walks of the platform and stands in front of a lever.

Blue gives the guard a signal and he pulls the lever. The ground under Jonathan's feet goes out from under him, he falls, the rope goes taunt, I hear a snap, and the life goes from Jonathan's eyes as he limply hangs there. I am mortified. I knew he was gonna die, but in that way? It looked painful, and embarrassing...he got killed in front of his own town.

Two guards take the lifeless body away and the town's people go home. I once again feel pity for Jonathan. I feel a tapping on my neck and wince. My wincing causes the tiny girl on my shoulder to squeak. "Heheh, sorry Anna, but that spot is sore. Did you want something?" I ask the tiny girl. Anna points to the ground and I chuckle. I pick Anna up from my shoulder and place her on the ground. She the waves goodbye and runs away, supposedly to her home.

Blue, Rayn, and the beautiful Kim walks up to me. " How did you the town? I saw you made friends with anna, she is the only tame changeling I've met." Blue says while the girls nod. That tiny girl was a changeling? She didn't seem like a heartless monster that feeds off love, then again Blue said she was tame. I feel something smacking at my leg so I look down. I see Kim doing the smacking, while whining, " Pay attention to meee!" I look over to Rayn to see she is rolling her eyes. Then to Blue, who is walking away while he is arguing with his father about I don't know what.

Rayn mumbles something about burning a dead pervert at the stake then walks away saying, " I will see you all later." I was left alone with Kim, who was still shaking my leg. She was now chanting, " Pay attention to me, pay attention to me, pay attention to me!" I snort out of amusement and scoop her up into my hands. I then lift her up to my face. " Ok fine I'll pay attention to you" I murmurer to her with a small wink.

Kim's face went red, redder than my eyes. I chuckle, " Did I make you flustered kim?" She shakes her head no and hides her face with her hair. Damn she's cute right now. Kim points to the ground so I lower my hand so she can hop off. Though she probably wasn't going to talk for a while... I'm glad I got left alone with kim.
