      With a small, nervous chuckle Rayn said, " You're very happy now aren't you, Wolfy." I nod my head excitedly. She is my first friend ever! Suddenly I frown, didn't she say she was lost? Well fuck, I guess I'll help her get out of these woods. " W-what's w-wrong" I hear rayn stutter. Rumbling I ask her, Earlier you aid you got lost in the woods, right?" She sheepishly nods; looks down, and starts to play with her hands. I was about to tell her that I'll help her out of the woods, but I ended up yawning. The yawn made me close my eyes, and when I opened them again Rayn was out of my line of sight. Sighing I sit up and look around for my new tiny friend. Puffing out my cheeks till I resemble a pufferfish, I scared her again, just by yawning. "Rayn? Where did you go?" I see her crawl out from under a bush. Tilting my head to the side I give Rayn a questioning but understanding look.

"I am very sorry that I scared you." She has to tilt her head up to look me in the face, although I was sitting down. " N-no I should be s-sorry. I ran and hid, Just because you yawned. Are you tired?" She talked so fast I barely managed to understand her. Getting down on my stomach so she doesn't strain her neck, I answer her question " well I was woken up by a screaming girl. Rayn looks down as she realizes she woke up me up. I chuckle and she looks back up at me. I give her a wink, and her face becomes very red.

Fuck, I forgot to to tell her that I'll help her out of the woods. " hey, um, Rayn I know the way out of the woods. Do you want me to help you?" She nods her head timidly. I can see relief in her light blue eyes. I slowly sit up, earning a frightened squeak from my tiny friend. I put my hand on the ground so she can climb on it. When she doesn't climb on I tilt my head to the side and whine at her. She slowly climbs onto my hand, she is obviously afraid. I can smell the fear coming from her. Once she is properly settled in the dip of my palm I carefully stand up and start walking to the edge of the woods. About two minutes after I started walking a feel Rayn trembling in my hand.

I lift up the trembling girl until she is in front of my face. "What's the matter?" I ask her, slightly puffing out my cheeks. She ends up squeaking her response. "S-sorry! I-I'm just n-not quite sure i-if I-I'll get the h-hang of t-this..." She puts a hand on the tip of my nose; causing me to scrunch up my face again, but this time she she didn't move her hand. With a small hitch in my breath I say, " I'll never get used to the ticklish feeling of your hand on my nose." I move her away from my face, and bring up my other hand to rub at my nose. " we are almost to the edge of the woods, It should be five more minutes till we reach it" I reported with a small sigh, happy to have the tickle that was on my nose gone. I start walking again, and Rayn's trembling continues. I ignore her shaking. Five minutes later we reach the edge of the woods. I sit down and let Rayn off my hand. Nodding to the small village about ten miles away I ask Rayn, " Is that your town. She nods yes and takes a few steps towards the village. I feel my heart drop, She was leaving.

Rayn suddenly turns around and with the brightest smile she could muster says to me " I will see you tomorrow wolfy! Meet me right here tomorrow." And with that she ran to her village. I sat there until she was a couple yards away, then turned into my wolf form. I stood up and headed to a hollow tree big enough for me to fit inside. I call that tree home. When I got home I curled up for a nap. The last thing I thought before I went into the land of slumber was, 'I hope Rayn will actually come back tomorrow, I hope she really is my friend, I hope she didn't lie to me...'
