Acceptance

"You want me to WHAT?!" Alex demanded.

Everything was set up! It took a few days but hey, it was set up! The stage, the band....Everything. Erik was currently tuning his guitar, and while he was doing that, he called Alex over because he realized that he needed something....

"Yes, you have to!" Erik said as he picked at a string, listening to how it sounded. When it wasn't quite right, he turned the knob toward the top of the guitar, trying to get it perfect.

Alex shook his head. "But I'm horrible!"

"If you don't I'll unleash Roxanne upon you!" Erik said, joking a bit,

Alex rolled his eyes. "She hates you. Why would she do anything for you?"

Erik shrugged and strummed his guitar a bit. When he saw that he finally got it tuned, he jumped to his feet and looked down at Alex from on the stage. "Oh whatever! But seriously, I need another singer! Amelia would like to see that you are in a concert?" Erik bent down. "You know you wanna!"

Alex sighed. "Fine. Whatever."

Erik beamed. "Cool! So you have the lyric sheet, right? Because remember...You'll still be doing special effects."

Alex nodded, taking a sheet of paper from his pocket and showing it to Erik. "Yeah I got it."

"Great! Now, it's almost time! Where's Roxanne?"

"Ugh. Right here."

Roxanne walked right behind him. Erik yelped and ran a little to the side to give her room. He knew that if he didn't, she would just simply push him off.

"So are we starting now?" Roxanne asked. "Arian, Xaden, and Lia are all waiting in their spots, just like you told them too."

Erik nodded. "Good. Okay, Alex is going to be the second singer because I just realized that I needed one! So Roxanne, go get in your position."

Roxanne gave him a glare. "Aye-Aye, captain." She said unenthusiastically. She jumped down from the stage and advanced toward the back.

Erik nodded at Alex, assuring him that could get onto stage now. Alex jumped onto the stage and went to a microphone, placing the lyrics down on the ground right in front of his feet.

Erik got to his microphone and strummed his guitar really loudly, getting more people to come and listen. Even though most people from town were already waiting, since they all liked his singing and were always waiting for him to perform, more people come from their houses and stood among the audience....And fangirls.

"EERRRRIIIKK!!!" The fangirls screeched.

Erik winked at them, like he usually does. He discussed this with Lia already, and she didn't mind...As long as he didn't kiss them. IT's not like he did that in the first place, but Lia was just making sure.

Erik did one more strum, making sure that everyone who wanted to listen to him was there, then he nodded at his band, and Alex. 

Roxanne, who was toward the back of the stage, lifted her arms into the air, and from the palm of her hands, Darkness came and covered the audience. They all ooohed and aaahed at this...But they really got excited when a sudden light came from the sky and lit up the stage, (Done by Lia) and started cheering.

The music then started, and when the opening was done, Erik began sining, (Italic lines are Erik, regular font is Alex)

Handful of complaints but I cant help the fact that everyone can seethese scars
