Miraculous Phantom

Chapter 21

Adrien P.o.v.

Technus and I had been battling for a good five minutes. He kept throwing appliances at me. I had to dodge toasters, ovens, fridges etc. It was a real pain in the butt.

"Hey! Why don't you come over here, so I can whack you with my stick?!"

"I Technus, will never get close enough to be whacked with your stick! I am way to smart and brilliant to...oh no.." while he was babbling I closed in and whacked him with my stick.

"Should really learn not to do long monologues. Less distracting I find."

"You dare mock Technus!? How dare you foolish human! I will show you the great fearsome power of my...power!" his hands started to glow green like Danny's only this time all the appliances started to gather around him. They started fitting together until eventually, there was a ten foot robot in front of me.

"This can't be good." I say as he smacks me into the side of a building. He kept gathering appliances and becoming even bigger, even cars started to join the fray.

"Face the might of the Car-puter!" Technus shouted.

I saw a fire hydrant and used my staff to break the one side off soaking him with water causing him to short circuit a bit. "Well that model is all washed up. I would suggest buying a new one."

"Oh you think you are a clever kitty cat don't you? Well lets just ax you a question!" his arm turned into the head of an ax as he swung it at me. I brought up my staff just in time to protect me. As I was sent into the side of a building again.

"I'm going to need you to stop doing that you hunk of junk!" I said as I extended my staff to kick him in the side of the head. Though off balanced he quickly regained it and grabbed me slowly crushing me.

"You are no match for me! Technus! Now I will delete you from existence and go on to deal with that ghost boy!" I couldn't let Danny fight two of these freaks alone. I needed to end this battle as quickly as I could, but how? Water didn't work on him for all that long. Unless I just didn't use enough of it. I looked around and saw a water tower not to far from where I was.

I moved my staff sideways and extended it, breaking me free from his grasp. I then used it to jump to the building with the water tower on it. Suddenly the sky turned black. I looked up to see that there were clouds that made my suit look like a gray color. They were so black, no light was getting through them. The only thing lighting the area was the lighting that was crackling from the clouds.

Is that the ghost Danny is fighting? Ladybug and I had fought an akuma that could control the weather. That was just small stuff compared to this, but this gave me the greatest idea ever. I looked around for something metal that I could tie to my staffs. I came upon a long chain that surrounded the water tower to keep people from getting into it, since kids liked to climb into them they decided to do everything they could to protect the kids. Only one problem it was locked and I didn't have the time to break it with my staff.

"Cataclysm!" I shouted as a black smoke covered my hand and I ran to the lock touched it and disintegrating it. I grabbed the chain and quickly tied each of the ends onto my staffs. I need to time this just right. This was my only chance, now I just needed to find a place on him that I could attach this too, and we would be golden.
