Chapter 19

When Rava opened her eyes once agaan she saw Steve smiling down at her. He hugged her tightly seeing she was now awake.
"You did great, kiddo."
She smiled and hugged her father back tightly.
"I thought i lost for a second ther, kid. But you are so strong and i've never been more proud to have you as my daughter.
Their loving hug ended. When Rava looked around the oasis she saw she and Steve were the only ones left.
Cap iled at her before awnsering the burning question going throigh her mind.
"Everyone went away to let me have a moment and deal with this in their own way."
Rava nodded trying to process what had happened. She brought someone back to life without getting into any danger herself.
"Now go, kid, find your friends."
She kissed Steve's cheek before darting of into the halls of the airtemple.

Rava ran through the many halls trying to find any trace of her friends. While running she spotted an open door. That one should not be open.
She slowly walked towards the open door. Peeking inside the room she saw the familiar statues of the past moonchildren.
In the middle of the statues she spotted specks of silver hair.
Smiling to herself she quietly walked towards the boy sitting on the floor with his head held in his hands.

"Hey there, Sonic."
His head shot up in an instant upon hearing Rava's voice.
He looked at her with big eyes, shocked at seeing the girl he thought sacrafised herself for him.
In seconds he stood up and ran towards the girl.

Hugging her tightly he spoke up.
"Is this all real or am i in heaven?"
Rava smiled even more and higged his waist even tighter.
"As real as it can get."
Pietro pulled back from the hig bit still holding onto the girl's arms.

"I thought i would never see you again. When i woke up and you weren't there my heart shattered at the thought. I could not lose you.
Not before i had the chamce to tell you that i love you, Rava."

Rava was about to speak up but before she even had the chance, Pietro placed both of his hands on the sides of her head.
He planted his soft, plump lips on hers and it was the most wonderful moment in both of their peculiar lives Rava wrapped her arms around his neck and he slid one of his arms around her waist pulling her as close to him as he could.

Rava pulled back with th ebiggest smile on her face on looking at the boy she loved so dearly.
This felt like the happiest she has ever been.
"Well, i love you too, with all my heart."
Pietro smiled at her with a sneaky grin. He lifted her up and twirled her around. Both of them laughing and holding eachother close.
Many nights after were spent together and it was the best thing that could happen to the both of them.

About a week had passed. Everything was quiet for a while. Afteer seeing Rava was still alive all the Avengers hugged her tightly and celebrated thar not only Rava but also Pietro were back. Vision even bowed before the girl woth a slight smile.

Some of the Avengers had gone off to their own missions. Baby Nathaniel had been born and not a word from Banner had been heard.
Only a card Rava received from the green guy but she promised not to tell a living soul.
Now it was Cap, Nat and Rava who stood proudly looking at the new set of heros they could add to the list of Avengers. When Pietro walked in he only had eyes for the girl he loved and she had only eyes for him.
Cap began to speak one of his motivational speaches but Pietro didn't really pay attention. He had his attention on someone else.

The sad thing is that the couple and none of the other Avengers knew about the terrible things about to occurr. No one would suspect a civil war between the Avengers that would their the team apart.
And who would ever think about a purple-skinned villain that would not only their them apart bit the rest of the world aswell. The only thing we can do is wish them good fortunate in the civil and infinity war to come.
All of this would begin soon.
The chain of terrible events would start when Steve ended his speech.
