To Laurel avoiding confrontation with Seokjin became as easy as it was to skip lunch every day. Instead of heading to the cafeteria after class she would go to the studio and practice with Jimin for auditions.

Six days have gone by since she last spoke to Jin, and she's restrained herself from thinking about him as well. Jimin tries hard not to bring him up because Laurel immediately shuts down.

It was Tuesday and Laurel had contemporary she stood in the dance studio alone 30 minutes before class started. She felt proud she's lost five pounds and she was closer to her goal weight.

Despite her lack of energy and obvious pains she believes that this all about the process. Her hip bones started to protrude as well as her collar bones but she sees success in her agony; she's closer to beauty.

Once class began Laurel found it hard to keep up with the petite allegro. The fast paced movements required an energy she didn't have.

"Laurel it's Small and Quick!" Professor Hyun-Jae shouted as Laurel quickly danced across the floor. She heard the rest of the class giggling she knew it had to be about her.

"Don't worry Petite is difficult." she looked up to see a sympathetic Hoseok, smiling gently until everyone's attention was taken towards Jimin. Laurels dance partner perfected each movement across the floor making the other girls look subpar.

"Now that's how you do petite allegro." Professor Hyun-Jae complimented Jimin as he bowed in response ."Jimin , Why don't you and Eunji repeat the combination to show them how it's done." Professor Hyun-Jae asked.

Eunji was the smallest girl in the class at about 5'1 and one hundred pounds she's what Laurel desired to be. She's gotten solos three consecutive years in a row it's easier for her to shine because she's small.

At Laurels 5'6 and current 117 she felt she couldn't compare. She watched her dance partner move gracefully with the girl. Why wouldn't he pick someone he could succeed with instead. Laurel didn't notice but slight tears started to roll down her face, a worried Hoseok began to hug her for comfort.

"Okay class you are released don't forget Auditions are Monday." Professor Hyun-Jae spoke.

"It's always nice working hard with you." Eunji laughed resting a playful hand on Jimin's shoulder, Laurel couldn't lie that she felt defeated. Walking over to Laurel and Hoseok, Jimin panted with a slight smile on his face.

"Can we please eat before our practice? These Combinations aren't a joke." Jimin laughed.

"NO!" Laurel defended "We need to practice and food will make us feel heavy and we only have a week til' auditions." She snapped walking out of Hoseok's grasp and towards the middle of the dance floor to stretch.

"Hey Hyung go without me, I'm gonna stay behind." Jimin assures Hoseok he'd be fine as Hoseok left.

"So what's gotten into you?" Jimin questioned, he's seen Laurels behavior change before but this was a different outburst.

"Have you seen me Jimin? I completely embarrassed myself, I can barely move quickly and then Eunji does it perfectly all the fucking time." Laurel sighed.

"You just had a bad day that's all." Jimin spoke comforting her. Laurel didn't want to have bad days, she didn't want to have slow days, she wanted perfection. The only way she thought she could get it would be through her weight. During practice Jimin and Laurel worked hard together like they always did.

Jimin hands cradled Laurels waist as she turned, their emotions with the music would surely show through their auditions. Laurel wrapped her arms around Jimin as he lifted her up the floor as they stood in their ending pose.

"Way better than Saturday." Jimin laughed as Laurel smiled.

"That was amazing." A voice echoed throughout the studio, a voice that Laurel had been avoiding for days.

Jimin quickly took his hands off Laurel as he turned to see Seokjin stalk in. The sound of his shoes stepping was the only noise that was heard amongst the silence.

"You said you haven't seen her in days, right Jimin?" Seokjin spoke as Jimin's expression went blank.

"Listen, this isn't what it looks like." Jimin defended.

Jin growled, "THEN WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS SUPPOSED TO BE!" there was nothing but anger in his voice.

"Jin-listen." Laurel spoke up.

"Shut. the fuck up" he scoffed, there was poison in his words, poison that was never harsh towards Laurel until now.

"I don't know what this is but you can fucking keep it don't give me excuses." Seokjin left the studio leaving the two bewildered.

"I think I just fucked up." Jimin spoke as Laurel backed away from him going to get her dance bag.

"I'm so sorry Jimin I have to go." she rushed.

"Laurel wait." Jimin spoke but Laurel was already out the building. She felt disgusting she wasn't ready for confrontation with Seokjin but unfortunately this was the way it came.

"I would never hurt him with his best friend I would never!" She cried walking her way back home. Placing her bag Down once inside she slid down her front door. "I'm not a bad person." she was telling herself. In reality all Laurels Actions had a reason and ana was to blame.
