Chapter 2: Rehearsal

Andy's POV

I woke up to the most beautiful person in the world, and her name is Juliet Simms. Juliet is one of the most extraordinary people in my life and I am glad to wake up next to her every morning. I held her closer to me and thought about how amazing she is. Suddenly, I remembered, this morning my band and I, have rehearsal for our new album, Set the World On Fire. I moved slowly, trying not to wake Juliet. I successfully got off the bed and headed to the walk-in closet we have.
I looked at my side of clothes in the closet that I had and thought about, what to wear. After thinking for a while, I chose out an outfit for today. I picked out a pair of black skinny jeans with rips at the knees and thighs, with a studded belt. Then as for my top, I chose out a black tank top with a leather jacket. I put on my clothes in the closet because the bathroom is too far. I suddenly just ended up going to the bathroom to apply my makeup. Today, I went with a little eyeliner and the tiniest bit of red lipstick. I looked at my bed head and my god, did it look a disaster. 

I brushed my hair with my hands, I couldn't find the brush and my hair was a mess. After I brush out some tangles, I went to tease my hair...adding a bit more tangles. In the end, I don't look very different from my bed head, rather just a tad less of the poof. When I was done with my hair, the whole process took a while but it was worth it for my sexy appearance. I don't care how I look, just as long as I like it and anyone who thinks I look insane, can go to hell.
I headed downstairs and walked up to the front door, thinking I was ready but when I looked down at my bare feet, I noticed I wasn't wearing shoes. I'm so stupid. I ran back up the stairs and back in the closet and found a pair of all black Vans and a pair of black socks. God! I love black! Juliet sometimes thinks I wear too much black, but it's just not enough. I walked out of the closet to see Juliet was out of bed. I walked down the stairs to find her in the kitchen. "Hey hun" I walked towards her and saw that she was making pancakes. She is just so perfect, my heart can not handle how much I love her. "Morning Love!" She exclaimed as I walked up to her, and kissed her forehead. She smiled, "I made pancakes, this morning", she handed me a plate of pancakes and I grabbed a fork. I began to eat the pancakes, my lovely significant other made. "So, what are you doing, today?" I asked Juliet. "I think I am just going to clean the house and go shopping for a while, oh and also maybe donate some of my other clothes at a thrift shop" She replied. "Alright, well I'll be going to rehearsal today, so I won't be here" I said.
I finished my breakfast, Juliet made and left out the door. I check my pockets for my keys and I noticed I forgot them. I went back inside. "Juliet!" I yelled out. "Do you know where my keys are?" She yelled back with "Check on the coffee table!"
I checked coffee table and the keys were there, alone and helpless. I grabbed them and left for rehearsal but before I could do so, I quickly double checked whether I had everything, my keys, my phone, and my sanity. I think all of me was here. Oh well. I then drove off.

I finally arrived at the studio and went inside. When I got to the lobby, I greeted everyone, "Hey guys" I said with a 'I am so sorry, I am late' voice. "Hey Andy" Ashley greeted first with a small smile, he always has this adorable smile. I looked at everyone else and they just had a disappointed face on. "Hey Andy" they said with a blank tone in their voice. "I was running late because, I woke up late ... guys I'm sorry" I said, pleading them. "It's okay Andy" Ash said as he placed his hand on my shoulder. I look at him, and he still had a smile on his face. I gave out a smile back, but then I instantly felt flustered, and looked away. Suddenly, CC just got up and said "Andy's here so ... Let's Get This Bread!" as he held up his drumsticks in the air. I place my keys on the coffee table before we got started.

We are rehearsing for our new album "Set the World On Fire" Ashley, Jake and Jinxx, took their guitars. I glanced at Ashley as he got up. He looked just so goddamn gorgeous today. He wore a mid long sleeve V-neck with a black denim vest. I noticed, he wore his usual leather gloves but his gloves. He wore skinny jeans with rips at the knees and a little bit around his thighs, like me. I looked at him for a little longer, admiring how he looked today. "Andy?" Ashley said in front of me. "Yeah Ash" I fluttered my eyes. "Umm, you're in front of my guitar dude" He said. "Oh ... sorry" I said. I sort of felt embarrassed and stepped out of the way. I began to stare at him, he is so perfect, I want to kiss him so bad and I want to tell him how I feel but I can't.
Soon after a while, my thoughts were interrupted by a pair of hands. A pair of hand which have gloves on them. I started to realize, those hands were the hands of my crush. They waved in my face signaling something. I blinked once and a couple times after. "Andy, Andy, come back to earth, Andy" I looked at him, and he said something. I couldn't help but to just stare at him. "Andy" I heard a voice. "Andy" and there it was once again. "Andy!" I remembered Ashley was in front of me. "U-uh yeah" I replied. "Andy, are you okay?" Ashley said with a concerned face. "Uh, I just didn't get enough sleep, I guess haha" I said with a little chuckle at the end. I felt so awkward.

We walked into the studio then I heard Jinxx call out for me. "Andy, you okay?" he asked. "Yeah, I'm totally fine" I faked a yawn and stretched out. "You sure? You keep staring at Ashley?" he laughed. "Yes mom, I'm fine" I joked, I smiled and looked at Ashley for a couple seconds. I looked back down. "Just making sure" Jinxx said then patted my back. I went to the microphone stand. I plugged it in and started to test the microphone. "Testing, testing, this is Andy" I made a static sound at the end. "Oh my God, is that Andy Biersack, Oh my GOSH, I love you!!" I heard Ashley, mimicking what a fan would possibly say. I looked down and just coughed. My face felt full on fire. My heart rate accelerated, and then I started grinning to myself. I coughed once more then I said "Are you ready kids?" with a little bit of a voice crack. "Aye, Aye Captain!" I heard Jake say. "I can't hear you" I replied then suddenly, everyone, began to sing the Sponge Bob theme song. I swear we are such fucking kids. 
After our little fun, CC started us off with "1, 1, 2, 3" as he tapped his drumstick together. Started with what sounded like the cymbals, I heard the guitars strum. Having a familiar sound, I heard what they wanted to play. The first song was "New Religion," this was the first song from our new album, "Set The World On Fire." My favorite song from the album is "Rebel Love Song," it always reminds me of Ashley. In fact, I wrote that song for him. I just wish I can tell him, I love him, but I can't because, I am scared of what he would think or say. I'm just not ready. I tried to shake off the though and began to sing.

"Finally finished!" CC yells out as he walked out of the studio, Jake and Jinxx, both follow and headed towards the direction of the lobby. I follow along with Ashley. We both didn't know what to do, so we stood uncomfortably. I look at him, and he looks at me and then we both smile awkwardly at each other. I quickly turn the other way. "So, you did great, Andy .. today." Ashley said. "Y-yeah, you too" I look down, just panicking to myself. Like, why did I stammer, Ashley is right here, next to you. "What are you guys, doing?" CC breaks the silence and looks at us confused. Ashley just shrugged then he turned around and looked at me with a slight smile. CC quickly all of a sudden yelled out "Who wants to go out for drinks?!" At the thought, I wanted to go but then Juliet was at home and I miss her. I told everyone, "Guys I can't, you know, I have Juliet waiting at home" Jake turned to me and smiled saying, "It's cool man, maybe next time?" Jinxx then agreed with a nod. "Yeah, it's totally all cool buddy." CC commented "But you do this every time" with a whine. I mean, I know I do this every time, I looked at Ashley but then thought of Juliet. "Yeah, it's cool" I heard Ashley say, with a small smile. "Thanks guys" I just say.

e got into a group hug, I have no idea why but we did. After a while of hugging, Ashley hugged me out of nowhere. I felt so shocked to why he would but I just hugged back. Everyone 'awed' then Ashley, broke the hug. He smiled at me once more, and I had this red hot face, I was flushed. "W-well, I-I have to go" I said, while walking to the door. When I was outside, I walked to my car fast. I got to the car, then felt my pockets for the keys. "Fuck" I said to myself, I just remembered, I left my keys on the table.

With my face still flushed, "Andy!" I heard a familiar voice, I mean this voice is the music to my ears, it's the voice of someone I know every well. "Hey" I said to Ashley, with an awkward laugh at the end. "You left your keys" he said as he handed me the keys, I gasped. "Oh, thanks" I was a bit relieved, I didn't want to go back into the lobby to get my keys but also only because, I knew Ashley would be there. 
I got inside the vehicle, then rolled the passenger window down. "Ashley" I yelled. Ash turned around with a 'hmm' face on. "Do you wanna get a drink or coffee sometime?" He sort of gave me a confused face. "F-for my keys, just to thank you for giving me my keys" Ashley replied "Sure, but will the drink be alcoholic?" I laughed "If you want it to be" he laughed in reply. "I like your laugh" he complimented. I began to get even more flustered "W-w-what?" "nothing" he said. After that was silence "Well, I'll get back to the guys" he headed towards the studio.
I just drove home and kept thinking about what Ashley said. Did he mean it or was it just to tease me or something, I don't know. I tried to focus on the road but Ashley kept distracting me. He was on my mind the whole time. Gawd, what did he mean by that. "I like your laugh" it kept ringing in my head.

I finally arrived home.
