Chapter 6: Surprise

Andy's POV

"Juliet, I'm gay." The look on Juliet's face made me well up a bit. "I'm sorry Juliet, I'm sorry" I felt bad, and I didn't know what to do but let my tears fall.

"Andy," she says, "you did nothing wrong, it's okay." 

"I'm sorry I didn't tell you earlier" My voice shaky and a bit hoarse. While still crying, Juliet hugged me, "I'm shocked that you told me, but I'm not mad Andy, it's okay." I felt her begin to rub my back a bit. We were in that position until I calmed down a bit. Honestly, I feel pretty pathetic crying, it's embarrassing...moreover that I just came out to my beloved.

We broke our hug, and she smiled up at me and embraced me once more. Her embrace felt amazing, it felt a bit tighter and so comforting. Although it didn't last long. She held the sides of my arms and smiled, "I'm happy you told me" she said. "How are you?" "I'm okay now" a slight crack in my voice. She looked a bit concern or confused. I honestly wanted to cry again, not because I'm sad, or scared but I'm just, I'm just so happy. I quickly wiped the tear that decided to peer out.

 "I'm just absolutely so happy" I mustered up to say. "Thank you" I smiled big, tears slowly streaming down, and I embraced her with a hug. "I love you, Andrew," she said. "I love you too Juliet." We just smiled at each other.

Suddenly, I realized, and my heart dropped a bit. "Juliet, are you really okay with this?" I asked. With us, dating still, is she okay with us being friends? What's going to happen with us? I don't want her to leave. "Of course Andy, your happiness means so much to me and I don't want to be in the way of that. Don't worry, I'm happy as long as you're happy, I promise." 

"Well, I just want you to be okay, and not have to sacrifice yourself for me." A slight smile spread across her face, "I promise you, Andy, I'm okay and I'm not sacrificing myself." 

"Pinky?" 

"Pinky."

"How's it with you and Ashley?" she suddenly asked. "It's okay...wait,  what?" she still had a smile on her face and she asked again. "How's it with you and Ashley?" I was even more confused. Was I that obvious or how did she know?  

"Do you know?" I asked.

 "Now I do, I think... you always seem to look at Ashley and you've been acting weird around him as well. So I figured you might be, you know, but I didn't really want to assume anything." Oh...I hope no one else knows. Wait, what if Ashley already knows. What am I going to tell Jinxx, Jake, CC, my fans, our fans, and moreover Ashley?  I started to panic a bit but Juliet stepped in, "Andy, don't worry, everyone will understand. They might be surprised but I'm sure everyone will support you"

"Really?" 

"Yes, they will, I'm sure of it. And if they don't then they don't deserve you. You're amazing Andrew, how could they not?"

Something appeared in mind, and I kind of just wasn't sure what to say or how to say it, "Um...are we still together?"

"I don't think so, I mean with you coming out, I don't think I can be your girlfriend anymore."

"Oh" I hesitated, "...will you pretend to be my girlfriend? I don't think I'm ready to tell anyone else other than you"

"Of course, Andy, I'd love to be your pretend girlfriend until you are ready" She accepted my offer.

"Also, can we still be friends?" I asked, a bit worried. 

"Yes, Andy, I will always be your friend, no matter what." we hugged again then, "Hey Andy." "What up Andrew!" "Hello people!" I heard familiar voices.

"Hi, guys," I said back to three guys as they practically barged into my house uninvited. It kind of startled me honestly. I mean, I just had a meaningful conversation with Juliet, and with the guys just walking in, they could've heard what I said. But thankfully, they don't seem bothered, or seemed like they heard anything.

"Hi guys" Juliet greeted them. "Hey uh, where's Ashley?" I asked as I noticed Ash not being in the tiny crowd. "Oh, Ashley is coming later, he is basically still getting ready haha," Jinxx said in reply to my question. 

"Oh okay, so why are you guys here?" I asked not trying to sound annoyed. 

"Uh, we just thought to drop by, and have some fun," Jake said. Have fun, huh? Alright, I guess that won't hurt a bit. "I'm sorry we barged in," he added. 

"Hey, it's oka--" just as I almost finished what I was going to say, CC roared, "I brought Vodka, Beer, and Whiskey!" CC looked like he was really drunk. In fact, he was drunk. He hung over both, Jake and Jinxx. 

"Sorry, CC drank some of the special beverages on our way here," Jinxx explained to me. "Haha, it's okay." I brought myself to curiosity and wondered if Ashley will end up bringing more special beverages. 

"Well, I actually gotta go. My friends want to hang out." Juliet said. I mouthed "why?" to her. She just gave me and okay with her hand, and an awkward wink. I'm guessing she didn't get what I mouthed.

Juliet looked for her keys then left. I was sitting on the couch, and the dudes stood near the doorway. Jake pitched "Well, do you guys want to surprise the hell outta Ash?" "Yes! Let's do that!" CC yelled. "--and CC could be a corpse!" Jake added. "Hell yeah! A corpse!" I'm sure he will be a fine corpse. 

"I'm thinking we could lie CC on the floor, and scare him like that or something," Jinx said. I think that will just make it look like CC is just passed out. But we can all agree that CC could use a rest.

We sat CC on the couch, and then, he ended up falling asleep. "Do you guys just want to leave CC there?" Jinx said. "Yes." Both Jake and I say in unison.

"Jinx!"

"Yes?" 

"No, we meant Jinx, with one x," I say. "Y'know, now Jake owes me a Coke."

"What!" Jake exclaims. 

"Sorry man, I was the one who said it."

"Heck!" Jake exclaims once again. "Y'all are goofy," Jinxx says with a smile.

We suddenly heard a knock on the door. "Oh snap, Ashley!" Jake whisper, yelled. 

"Crap!" Jinxx says.

We see the door open and make a run for it.

"Hello? Guys?" Ashley says as he walks through the door. 

I was almost at the closet that Jinxx and Jake went to, but I was caught. "Andy?" I looked at him giving them a come-on-guys look. They replied with a sorry-man. 

"Heyy, Ash," I said in a weird voice, you know, the type of voice you use when you are caught with something. "I see CC. Where are the others?" I looked at the closet, then just said "They are - they said they'll be coming later."

"But, Jake's car is outside."

"Um, they went to go walk somewhere, I don't really know exactly where they are, but they are somewhere," I say.

"Oh okay, how did CC get so drunk?" He pointed and laughed a bit at CC. "He drank a lot on the way here." "Sounds like CC alright," Ash said. 

"So, what do you want to do?" I said. I have to somehow get Ash away from the closet because we are still near the closet. I suddenly felt a vibration in my pocket and pulled out my phone. I have received a text from Jinxx and Jake saying 'help us' with a crying emoji and an SOS emoji. What do I do?? 

"Hey!" I yelled. "Do you want to go upstairs? I don't know why, but let's go!" I really have no idea what we will do upstairs, but I shall think of something to buy Jake and Jinxx time.
