APART - Sequel of Together

Chapter 12: family

             The Eligius was chaotic. People were running around with pans and modern technology. They created a plan involving no murdering. Clarke and Bellamy walked to the entrance of the Eligius, while Raven snuck into the control room. Emori watched her back.
             Kage met Bellamy and Clarke at the entrance. "Well, hello." Clarke said with a forced smile. Kage smiled back. "I sent engineers to Azgeda, but no one was home." Clarke said looking around.
              "Yeah." Kage laughed. "I think we might just stay here for a little, things are way more fun." Kage had a digital watch on.  
             "Some things here can be dangerous." Bellamy pitched in. "Like these missiles your launching, I don't know about you, but I like having the forest not burnt down."
              Kage rolled his eyes. Clarke saw Raven and Emori tip toeing out the back exit. "Just make sure your being safe, because some of this technology we don't even know how to work." Clarke let out a tiny laugh. Kage nodded and turned around. Clarke and Bellamy met Raven on the hill. "Everything good?" Clarke asked nervously.
             Raven smiled. "They have no access no anything." She laughed. She reached in her pocket to pull out a hard drive. "And if we want anything if there's we can use this baby." Everyone laughed.
             "Great!" Clarke smiled. "Let's head back now." Clarke turned to woods.
             "We use the woods all the time." Raven groaned. Everyone looked at her. "Why not the valley?" Raven suggested.
              "Raven, it is longer and sometimes it can be muddy and you know I'm semi allergic to pollen-" Clarke was cut off.
               "Clarke please!" Raven put her hands together. Bellamy and Emori watched in suspense. "I beg you my loyal commander." Raven knelt down.
                Clarke laughed. "Okay fine." Raven got up and jumped. "But just this one time!" Everyone laughed.
               Raven and Emori walked ahead of Bellamy and Clarke. Bellamy was picking different types of flowers off their stems. "Didn't know you were a collector." Clarke laughed as he reached for another.
                 "Their for Madi." Bellamy got up showing Clarke the variety. Clarke smiled. "You think she'll like them?"
                  Clarke nodded. "She'll love them." Bellamy and Clarke got closer, but Raven called Bellamys name. In the distance, was Octavia's burnt down house. "Bell." Clarke her hand on his back.
                  They all walked to the front yard. Bellamy and Clarke entered. Ravens was about to take a step forward before Emori blocked her and shook her head.
                 Bellamy walked to the main burnt down room. He bent down to pick up the pink rattle toy. Clarke turned around to see Bellamy sobbing on the ground. She ran to him wrapping her arms around him, rocking him back and fourth.
              As they reached Polis, Raven stayed outside with Emori to practice fighting. Clarke and Bellamy went to Madis room. Madi ran to both of them. "You guys were gone forever!" Madi shouted. Bellamy and Clarke laughed. Bellamy handed Madi a bouquet of flowers. Madi gasped. "For me?" Bellamy nodded. "Thank you!" She hugged him again.
             The three spent the night together, as a family. Everytime Madi would smile, Clarke would smile, than a Bellamy would smile. Than, they would all laugh because they were all smiling. They were inseparable.
