3 years later-
Madi was sixteen. Bellamy would always take her horse back riding through the valley. Sometimes Clarke would join them, but if she didn't they'd bring her back flowers. Their schedule was mostly the same everyday, just to be with eachother. There wasn't any conflict in Polis.
Raven was devoted on fighting. She became better than Emori, but still trained everyday. She would engage with them once in awhile, but Emori told her feelings were something to neglect. Raven rarely thought about Finn, Murphy , Lexa , or Octavia.
Monty, a new mechanic, hustled to Clarkes room one day while her, Madi and Bellamy were all playing a game. "Commander." Monty was shaky. The three of them got up.
"What is it?" Clarke looked worried. So did Bellamy and Madi. They all ran down to the lab. Monty pointed to the screens and was speaking fast.
"Something with the Eligius ship is happening, I don't know if it's radiation, a bomb, a rocket, a missile, could just be a cannon. I don't know!" Monty was frantically clicking. Monty became the new mechanic after Raven quit. Clarke ran out to a room that was only met for Emori and Raven.
They were fighting eachother. "Raven!" Clarke yelled in the room. Emori looked up.
"Training going on." Emori said trying to use her strength to beat Raven.
"Well I need the original Raven Reyes to help me so." Clarke said impatiently. Raven flipped Emori over causing her to tap out. Clarke grabbed Ravens hand and ran to the lab. "Monty move!" Clarke yelled setting Raven in the chair. "Raven please help us, what's happening?" Clarke begged.
Raven was scrolling and looking at codes, formulas and everything. Emori entered. "I think their going to release a radiation fog." Raven said confused.
"Why would they do that?" Madi chimed in. Raven shrugged.
"Good news, Polis is far enough a way we won't get that much of a hit from it, but our vaccinations are golden." Raven held up an okay sign. "Bad news, it'll cause radiation burns to everyone in its path, meaning death."
"We need to get Azgeda out of there before they die." Bellamy exclaimed.
"I can try dispatching the fog, but you guys can go tell them before it's to late." Raven looked up at Clarke and Bellamy. "Just if not, be at the hill on my signal." Raven handed Clarke a radio. Clarke nodded. Clarke left Madi with Raven. Clarke and Bellamy left.
Raven turned to see Emori shaking her head at her. "Focusing on those I'll save." Raven said to her, turning back around at the screen.
Clarke and Bellamy reached the Eligius. "Haven't been here in awhile." Bellamy made a disgusted look. Clarke laughed. The Eligius was silent. There was no one in there.
"Raven, there's no one here." Clarke talked in the radio. She waited a beat. "Raven?" Bellamy looked at Clarke worried.
"I'm here." Raven replied over the radio. Clarke and Bellamy sighed with relief. "I don't know what happened, I think it was an emergency hack drill or something but you need to get to the hill, it's going to explode super soon."
"Copy that." Clarke said looking at Bellamy. They heard a gas noise above them. They began to run. Out the door, Bellamy made Clarke go infront of him. They reached the hill. "We'll be okay." Clarke panted out of breath. Bellamy came up few seconds later.
He was coughing. There was thin yellow gas in the air. Bellamys face was red and he kept coughing. He tripped infront of her on the ground.  "Bellamy?" Clarke turned Bellamy over. He was getting radiation burns. "The vaccines! You never got one!" Clarke screamed.
Raven was hearing all of this on the radio. She turned around to see Madi asleep on the sofa. "Clarke, pull him  away from the fog!" Raven said trying to whisper.
Clarke was out of breath, but tried pulling him away. He grabbed her hand. She looked at him. "Turns out, the airs toxic." Bellamy gave a small smirk under his burns that kept getting worse. Clarke gave a slight smile as she began to cry. She started to keep pulling him again. He noticed a rash beginning on her face. "Clarke." His voice was raspy. "Go, save yourself, now."
Clarke shook her head. "No I'm not leaving you." Clarke was trying to keep her tears in as she kept pulling Bellamy. She made little progress from the hill. She began to realize it.
"Clarke, promise me you'll leave and go live and love without me," Bellamy wheezed holding her arm.
"I'll never love someone the way I love you." Clarke sobbed out. Bellamy smiled, but his eyes fluttered. His hand dropped and he was motionless. "Bellamy?" Clarke said softly, shaking his body. "Bellamy!" She shouted. "Bellamy!" This time it was a gut wrenching scream. "No, no, no." Clarke put his red radiated face in her hands.
Raven held the radio still. She learned not to show feelings. "Clarke." Raven radioed over Clarkes sobs. "You need to go, now."
Clarke looked at the radio then at Bellamys burnt body. "I'm so sorry." Clarke hyperventilated between sobs. She picked up the radio and ran while sobbing.
Raven picked up her jacket and the radio and started to walk out. Emori stopped her. "Where do you think your going?"
"Did you not just hear her? She needs me Emori." Raven replied back.
"She is morning right now, a real commander wouldn't do that. Only the weak. And going to her will make you weak." Emori shouted.
Raven looked disgusted. "Clarke has always been here for me. You said I fell in love to many times, but Clarke, her love was real and strong. Morning may make you weak, but love." Raven sniffed her tears. "Love makes you stronger. And Clarke is my family and I love her." Raven punched Emoris arm, letting her through the door.
Clarke was running through the forest, but she was dehydrated and tired. She fell down, she didn't have the energy to get back up. Everything was blurry until someone came and picked her up. It was Raven. "I knew you'd be taking the woods!" She smiled at Clarke.
Raven carried Clarke back to Polis. Raven brought Clarke in the lab to examine her. Raven made everyone go out including, Emori and Madi. When Clarke finally woke up. Raven rushed to her with water.
Clarke looked at Raven. "Was that real?" Clarke asked. Raven started crying. Clarke felt an intense pain hit her chest. Raven grabbed Clarke in her arms hugging her tightly. Clarke sobbed.
"I'm so sorry, Clarke." Raven said into Clarkes ear. Clarke was crying the hardest she ever had.
It was a few hours of just Clarke and Raven before they decided to tell people what happened. Madi was the first. Raven opened the door and Madi came running in. "Oh my gosh." Madi said looking at the rash on Clarkes cheek. "Are you Okay? Where's-"
Before, Madi could finish Clarke pulled her into a hug. Madi didn't say a word, but instead hugged her mom back tighter. "Bellamys gone." Clarke said in a sob. "He's gone." Madi began to sob in Clarkes arms. Raven began crying next to them. The three of them comforted eachother until Madi fell asleep in Clarkes arms. Clarke put Madi in her bed.
Clarke went into Bellamys old room in Polis. She walked in slowly, but then ran from corner to corner hugging every pillow, smelling every blanket. She came across a journal she had caught him writing in a few times. She sat down on his bed and opened it. She read,
Whoever is reading this, Clarke, Madi, future commander, or 1000 years in the future man with a robotic arm, I wanted to write down the most important thing in the world to me. I fell in love with a girl named Clarke Griffin. She's the most beautiful and nicest and smartest and funniest girl you could ever meet. This is our story.
Clarke turned to the page to see a chapter about their meeting on the ark, then the next chapter about the first few days on the ground, then the bank, then the Lincoln trips, Polis , Finn, and so on. She went to the back.
I love her so much, and our story makes me laugh quite frankly. Maybe it's because of her beautiful laugh or her amazing smile, oh her smile. She made me a hero, but we saved eachother, together."
Clarke closed the journal. She kissed the cover as tears ran into it. "Together." She managed to let out.

Years later-
Clarke was still commander. She did not age very well. She had hip problems and could barley walk on her own. Raven was doing fine for age. There was a Sunday dinner in the dining hall. Madi came into Clarkes room.
"Hey hot stuff." Madi laughed walking to Clarke on her bed. Clarke laughed reaching out to Madi to help her up. "Ready?" Clarke grabbed onto Madis arm and they walked to the dining room.
They entered and Raven came up and hugged Clarke. Than, Madis husband, Ethan, said hello. They had a one year old son, John. Madi was next in line for Commander. At this dinner, Clarke felt different. She was more happy. Before leaving, she gave everyone a kiss.
In her room, she looked in the mirror at her old self. She hopped into bed. She took a deep breath. A breeze came through the window. She felt loose and beginning to feel free.
She woke up to her room being lit with by the sun. It was not naturally bright. She felt more flexible. As she looked out, she only saw flowers everywhere. She turned around seeing herself in the mirror. She looked young again.
Clarke went downstairs. She saw her father first. She ran to him then she saw Finn. She saw Lexa picking a flower. "Lexa, oh my god!" Clarke was beyond happy. Her mom tapped her on the shoulder. "Mom!" Clarke hugged her tightly.
Abby hugged her back. After releasing the hug, Abby smiled. "There's someone excited to see you." Abby lead Clarke a few steps enough for her to see a man yards away. She knew it was Bellamy. They ran to eachother.
The body's impacted eachothers. "It's you." Clarke put her hands on his cheeks. "It's really you! Your here!" She was laughing and sobbing. They were still in a hug, but their faces were almost touching.
"We are here." Bellamy smiled at Clarke. Clarke was so happy. "Together." He said staring into her eyes with a bright laugh.
Clarkes face was wet with tears. She laughed than kissed him. Life was complete. "Together."
