Mylla's POV
My eyes were puffy as hell, I looked like a wreck, and my heart felt as if it was ripped into pieces. If I could only wish that Charlie's parent's decision was a dream, I seriously would. Time is travelling so fast for the both of us and before we even know it, there is only one day left before he leaves for Australia.
Australia is on the other side of the world from United States.
Luckily, Charlie leaves tomorrow Midnight, which means I have no school and I can come drop him off at the airport.
I've finally decided to open up to my mother and father about me and Charlie's relationship. Gladly, they didn't take it in a negative way. At first, my mom was upset on how I haven't been honest to her and trust me I feel guilty but, she was happy that I was sharing my heart with someone else. On the other hand, my dad, he gave a blank expression. But then he said that he finally accepted the fact that, I'm not a little girl anymore. But that didn't stop me from being their princess.
"Have you packed your things for tomorrow?" I asked Charlie as he slouched on the couch.
He shrugs, looking at the window. "I don't really feel like packing, I'm not that excited."
"You should be thankful Charlie," I told him, looking through his closet for clothes that he hasn't worn yet. "Its rare to be given an oppoturnity to go to a different country."
"I know you're still not happy about this baby," He says looking at me straight in the eyes. "Just stop acting as if you're excited for me to leave you. Because if you ask me, its hard. I feel like a snail that has to leave its shell when its not even necessary."
"I have to be happy for you Charlie, I'm happy for you." I lied, giving out a weak smile as I folded a bunch of shirts and shorts shoving them into his luggage bag.
"Can we not stress out about my dissapearance tomorrow?" He asks, sounding irritated. "I want to go out with you, I've thought of the places we could go to and the things we could do."
"Really? What can we do?" I asked for open suggestions.
"That's for me to know, and you to find out." He grins, pulling my arm causing me to fall on top of him.
***************************************************************************************************
Charlie is really good at making me want to find out the surprises he has for me.
As soon as I got home, he texted me saying that I should wear something appropriate and comfortable for this date of ours.
Me not really sure with what to wear, I just decided to go into a pair of skinny jeans, an oversized sweater and purple vans. My hair was tied up into a messy bun, and I also put on a small amount of make up on my face. Charlie hates it when I put make up on, he says that I shouldn't force myself to look like barbie because he accepts me just the way I am.
Now the time is 7:30 pm and my boyfriend is just minutes away from our house. He finally decided to show up to our household, meeting my parents and for the first time going through our front door and not the window.
About a minute or two later, I heard the doorbell ring making me run down the stairs. I was only inches away from the door when it was my father who decided to open the door. As I see Charlie's body stiffen, probably scared of my dad, he manages to smile at him and give out a hand.
