Friends with Mr popular

Chapter 1

A hard slap echoed through the room. Evan rubbed his hand furiously.

"Ouch Andreah, what the hell was that for!?"exclaimed Evan.

"Your not suppose to eat the popcorn before we put the movie on. Do you know how long it took to make that buttery goodness!" Andreah screamed back.

"Yes, two minutes in the microwave." Evan replied sarcastically. "Sheesh, girls and their slumber parties."

"Ok you two girls, stop bickering" Alyson rolled her eyes, annoyed by their bickering.

"Hey she's the one who slapped my arm" he protested unhappily.

"So what movie?" Roxy asked slipping into a sleeping bag , I had placed on the floor.

"Please don't be girly, please don't be girly, please don't be girly" Evan chants to himself while crossing his fingers

"How about a girly movie?" Andreah suggested to annoy Evan.

He let out a long sigh. "Fine".

Two hours later the movie finished and so did the popcorn. I looked over at my friends and giggled "Gosh you guys are fat".

"How bout we play truth or dare now?" Roxy suggested.

"Ok" I say agreeing.

We all sat around in a circle getting ready to play.

"Ok I'll ask first" Roxy said. "Truth or dare Andreah"

"Hmmm I'll choose dare" I said but after knowing what she was going to say I wish I hadn't picked dare.

"Ok this is a good one, I dare you....to befriend Reece Wilder"

Everyone was silent. I thought she was joking at first I mean, no one can just strut up to Reece Wilder and asking to be his friend. Why do I say that, well he is Mr popular, he hangs out with all the jocks and cheerleaders and I'm a loser who's into my studies and isn't noticed by any guys.

"Your kidding right?" I ask with my hopeful eyes.

"Nope" she replies back popping the 'p'.

"No way! I can never be friends with Reece" I exclaim feeling uneasy about the thought.

"Why the hell not?" She replies back.

"You know why, I'm at the bottom of the social ladder and he's the one who invented that ladder"

"Don't be ridiculous, who says your at the bottom of that ladder, I say you can do it, prove us all wrong, believe me I know you will be able to pull it off" she confides in me actually making me take it into consideration.

"What do you think Aly?" I turn to my sister for her advice.

"I say why not, you've got nothing to lose" she answers back.

"Evan?" I turn to him. "I don't know, I mean we're talking about Reece Wilder here, he's a jerk and ass, I don't want you to be upset if things don't go the way you want them too"

"She wouldn't care anyway she's always got us, it's just a dare Andy, trust me do it!" She encouraged excitedly.

I thought about it for a while longer before giving them my answer. "Ok I'll do it".

Oh no, what have I gotten myself into?!
