"Nolan talks about you a lot, you know?"

I had just closed my locker when I heard a voice behind me. I turned around and found Sawyer Toss, Nolan's best friend, standing behind me.

"He does?" I asked.

"Damn right he does. He talks about you more than he ever did with his past girlfriends."

I had no idea what to say. "Oh. Cool." I mumbled.

"Yeah." he replied. Then he walked off.

My mind was spinning. I wasn't paying attention that I ran straight into Nolan.

"Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry!" I exclaimed.

He chuckled. "You're cute, Four Eyes."

That was the last thing I remembered before I blacked out.

I was awakened by a blinding light. I looked around to discover that I was laying on the bed in the nurse's office. Nolan was sitting beside me, gazing at me.

"You fainted." he stated.

"Obviously." I retorted. "What are you doing here? Shouldn't you be in class?"

"School ended like five minutes ago."

"Well shouldn't you be at home?"

He just smiled. Then I realized that he'd rather be here with me.

"So you seem refreshed now. Shall we go watch a movie?" he suggested.

"Are you serious?" I asked suspiciously.

"I don't know, do you want to attend the cinema later?" he joked. Then he laughed.

"Why yes my darling, I would love to."I shot back. We both cracked up.

"Alright. I'll pick you up at 6. Or you could meet me at house, whichever works better with your parents." he snickered.
