JFK Airport, New York, USA
October 13th
10:20am (i have no idea how to calculate the time change don't come at me)"Hope you had a good flight, sir." The air hostess smiled at me.
"Thank you." I smiled and nodded back.
I walked swiftly and calmly towards the baggage collection area. Being a 17 year old guy walking through an airport was a show for all the girls hanging around, according to my best friend Charles. Several times groups of them would come up to me and ask for my number. As soon as I opened my mouth they would all 'melt'. I couldn't help but laugh.
"Hey handsome, where you headin'?" An average height blonde girl smiled at me. She was wearing a Yale sweater paired with tight black jeans and Uggs.
"Brooklyn." I smiled back at her. She was pretty cute. I moved my hand through my hair. "What about you?"
"Brooklyn too actually! I'm here to pick up a guy named Hugo Briteman, don't really know what to expect. I hope he's hot!" She laughed. I wasn't going to tell her who I was anytime soon, this would be funny.
"And why's that?" I smirked at her.
"I'm gonna be showing him around my school. He's also staying with me in my house." Her phone rang from somewhere in one of her pockets.
I stood around for two minutes admiring the new environment. She looked at me, then back at her phone, then back at me, then back at her phone, then back at me again. "No way..." She laughed awkwardly. "He is hot!"
I finally let out all the laughter that was building up inside of me. "I was wondering when I should've told you but I thought I would wait a bit before spilling." I winked at her.
"Okay Prince Charming, follow me." She took one of my bags and pulled me by the wrist.
As we walked I glanced to get a good look of her. When she smiles, she has two dimples on either side of her mouth. Her hair was shoulder length, held back loosely by a scrunchie. She had an athletic body, probably a cheerleader.
"So, how old are you?" I asked.
"16, you?"
"17. Have you always lived in America?"
She took out her scrunchie and flipped her hair down then up again, until she was satisfied it was in a nice position. "Yeah, but not always Brooklyn. I was born in California." We reached a white Toyota with another girl sitting on the boot of the car. "I'm Lena by the way." She smiled, her dimples become visible once again.
I took off my jacket and loosened up my shirt. It was much hotter here compared to London.
"Holy-"
"Molly!" Lena laughed nervously. "This is Hugo, Hugo this is Molly, my sister."
I took her hand and shook it slowly, her hands were soft. "Hi, nice to meet you." I smiled.
"Speak again, sweet angel!" I couldn't help but laugh. Lena slapped her sister on the arm and put my things in the boot. "Do you have a girlfriend?" Molly asked.
I laughed again. By the end of this car ride I reckon my cheeks would hurt to smile anymore. "Uh, no I don't."
Lena shoved Molly in the backseat. "Enough." She said through tight lips.
"It's okay, honestly! She's quite funny." I winked at her through the tinted windows and heard her squeal.
"We better get going then, Prince Charming." She smirked at me and got in the drivers seat on the left side of the car.
"Just wait till everyone sees you at school, all the guys will be shielding their girlfriend's eyes from you!"
"Molly!"
