I put on my sexiest smelling fragrance, loosened my white shirt and messed up my hair a bit to looked more relaxed. I didn't really need to prepare as much since a) I'll be dancing for several hours in the dark b) I'll be so sweaty and hot I'll most likely ruin my clothes c) I'm not looking to impress anyone tonight.
I grabbed my phone, wallet and headed towards the stairs. As I turned to go down the stairs, I bumped into Lena. We made eye contact but she quickly looked away and hurried up the stairs to her room. I didn't have time for this. Jonathon's waiting for me.
"Mrs. Davidson?" I called into the living room.
Mrs. Davidson looked around the corner and smiled brightly. "Call me Helen."
"I'm going out to meet with Jonathon," I looked at my.
Where r u?
Jonathon had just texted. "Just letting you know."
"Okay, text or call me if you need anything!" She smiled and resumed whatever she was doing before.
I shut the front door behind me and jogged over to Jonathon's car. "Damn son," He looked me up and down. "Girl's will be all over you- Yooo you smell good!"
"It's Saint Laurent, I can get one sent over from London for you if you want."
"Damn that shit expensive!" Jonathon started the car and we started off towards the club. "But I wouldn't mind." He winked and looked back at the road.
We drove for around 10 minutes before parking on the opposite side of the road to the club. La Via Bella was probably the nicest and most exclusive club Jonathon and I could find. We walked to the front of the queue skipping all the other people waiting to get it.
"ID please." The stern bodyguard stood in the way of the door and wasn't going to move until we showed out IDs.
I pulled out mine from my wallet purposely flashing my two platinum cards. He nodded at me and turned to Jonathon. Jonathon showed his ID to the bodyguard but he wasn't convinced.
"Please step to the side." He pulled out a wWialkie-talkie and spoke to someone.
"There must be some mistake. I want to see the manager."
I argued with the guy for a good ten minutes and finally he called the manager to come down. "Sorry to bother you boss-"
"Hugo!" William pulled me into a bear hug and patted me on the back. "How are you? How come you're in New York?"
I smiled smugly at the bodyguard and carried on talking to William. He was an old friend from London who was several years older than me. "I'm doing fine, until this man didn't let my friend in with me."
Jonathon came up behind me and shook William's hand. "Jonathon Barns, pleasure to meet you."
"William, William Alby. Follow me boys!" His smile was charming and mysterious. Whenever I went out clubbing with William on a Saturday night, he would charm almost always between five and ten girls. Of course I never told Mother about this. I have my secrets. I chuckled at this thought.
We walked in and the club was pitch black with purple lights flashing all around, and cyan lit dance floor with a long bar and two floors up from the dance floor. The DJ's stage was all black apart from the purple DJ mixer. The music was loud but comfortable.
"Okay boys, drinks on the house! Enjoy your night!" William turned to me. "We need to catch up sometime." He winked and waved as Jonathon and I walked down to the ground floor.
I missed my days like these. Ever since William moved to America I couldn't do this anymore. I had a reputation to protect. If anyone else went clubbing with me, they would've told the press or my classmates at school.
This was going to be a wild night...
