Chapter 2

Perrie's POV

As I was getting ready for the dinner my phone buzzed signaling a text, I picked up to see who it was from. It was from best friend Lee, we don't talk since I moved, we still try hard not to lose touch. It read:

Hey my dude, wyd, I miss you , you should visit me some time , love you sista xoxo 😘 -Leigh

I quickly type my reply: I am getting ready for dinner with my mom's boss, wish me luck lol, I miss you too, and I will visit soon ,promise, love you bestie😙

After I sent I continued fixing my outfit , which was a simple but classy velvet dress that goes below the thigh , with my hair down in lose curls over my shoulder. I finished off my look with light makeup. I walk grabbed my coat and purse, an walked out the door to my car and drove to the venue of the dinner.

I stepped out of my car as I made my way into the restaurant, I walked in the door and I looked around for my mom, I didn't see her. The host came over to me, "Hi, may I help you?" she asked, I responded with " Yes , do you have a reservation under Thirlwall ?" " Yes ma'am, right this way" she said and started to walk upstairs, I quickened my pace in order to catch up to her. She lead the way to a table that had four people seated at it. When I got there I could'nt help but notice the good-looking brunnet who was casually looking me up and down as i approached, i smiled at her she smiled back. When I got there my mother stood up from the table and came over to hug me. When we broke the hug she started the introductions. "James and Norma, this is my daughter , Perrie this is my boss Mr.Thirlwall and his wife Mrs.Thirlwall" she gestured, " Pleasure to meet you Perrie, call us Norma and James" Norma said as we all shook hands. "Perrie, this is our daughter Jade" she pointed, I went over to her, " Nice to meet you" I lent out my hand, " The pleasure is all mine" she kissed the back of my hand, suprisingley. I blushed and looked, before I got started getting ready at my house I googled the family and I was most interested in their daughter Jade cause she was hot, I bat for both teams btw. My mom had luck on her side when the company called to offer a financial managment job. Its why we moved. This girl was more charming in person. I took my seat next to my mother, ready for dinner to begin because I was starving, then again when am I not.

After everyone got seated the waitress came backover asking everyone for their order , I saw her sneek A wink at Jade, although Jade didn't seem impressed she actually just rolled her eyes, which made me internally smirk. Since it was Italian , i got Raveoli, I heard Jade ordered ordered lasagne which is also what my mom ordered. Mr and Mrs Thirlwall both ordered spaghetti.While we waited for the food, my mom and Jade's parents made small talk . While me Jade stayed quit stealing glances at each other. Jade got a pen from somewhere, I don't even know where she got a pen but whatever. Anyaway she got the pen and a napkin from the table , then she started to write on the napkin, she then passed to me our parents didn't even notice. I read it: This is soooo boring - Jade. I decieded to write a message below the space she wrote hers, it read: I know I might die of boredum, but at least theirs food, that is why i'm here.-Perrie . I passed it back. She smiled, and wrote on the back of the napkin: what is your number so we can talk right now we are running out of napkins. I smirked and wrote my number down along with a message that said: Sure that is why you want my number lol. And passed it back. She dug out her phone and did what i assume as put my number in her phone. My phone buzzed and she looked at me expectantely.I picked it up.And changed the contact to Jade

Jade: Wanna get Ice Cream after dinner just you and me

Me: Sure 🙂

Jade: I know just the place

After that text I sent a quick okay, and the waitress brought our food over, and we all quickly started eating, guess I wasn't the only one that was hungry.We finished eating and we all paid the bill. As we were getting ready to leave I stopped my mom, " Hey, mom, jade and I are gonna go for ice cream, I will be home In a bit". " Okay sweetie" With me and Jade went out the door together after biding everyone goodnight. She stopped on the sidewalk and linked our arms. "Just follow me in your car, yeah?"
She said, " Yeah sure" I replied

I walked to my car as she walked to hers, she quickley zomed out of the parking lot, me following close behind. When we got there to a cute little shop that had picnic tables out on the patio, with hardly any people there.We walked inside and walked up to the cashier, " I would like mint-choclate chip, what about you, love". I almost died at her using that word for me. I blushed and quickley brushed it off and said " I will have a cottancandy, please?" With that the cashier quickley walked away and Jade turned to me, " Do you wanna sit out on the patio or inside?"she asked me directly "Patio, if that is alright with you" I said. " Of course, my lady" She saided and I blushed once again, she noticed " Awww, your adorable when you blush" she said taking my hand and leading us to the patio, the red on my cheeks darkened. We went outside and it was pretty dark as it was like 8 pm. We took on the picnic table, across from each other, we decieded to play a game of 20 questions. I went first:

"Full Name"

"Jade Amelia Thirlwall"

"Favorite Color"

"Purple,why don't you ask more personal questions, love"

"If you insist, Are you in a relationship" Even though when I google stalked her, I found the anwser to that question.

"Nope, I am a single pringle" she winked

"Best friend"

"Jesy Nelson"

We countined this until it was her turn.

" Relationship status?" she asked

"Single"

"Interesting, Are you a virgin" I chocked on my ice cream, when she asked that question.

"What"

"You heard the question, you don't have to anwser though"

"No i'm not"

"Really, you give me virgin vibes" she said." I'm not as innocent as I look" I winked. "Naughty girl Edwards"

After a little more talk we decieded we had to get going. " I had a great time" she said." Me too, it was fun" , I said as she walked me to my car. I hugged her and pulled apart looking at her lips, we bothed leaned in. Our lips met in a amazing kiss. I placed my hands aroung my neck, she pulled me into her by my hips.I felt something poke my abdomen, I knew what was cause I google stalked her and knew she had a you know what. We pulled away to catch our breath, we rested out foreheads togetheir " Wow" we said in unison. I giggled. "So... was this a date?" she asked after a dew seconds of silence." I guess, I gotta go text me tommorow ,okay?"I said. " Yeah of course, bye Perrie" she pecked my lips. I gotta into my car, and headed home. I got home and plopped on my bed laziley. With one thought......
