The battle of New York was a tough one. But you all managed to get through it. There was some cuts and bruises here and there, but nothing too serious. Until they noticed you.
You had been stone cold knocked out, but you weren't dead. But no one had noticed your light steady breathing. Steve immediately rushed over to you, looking at you. His stomach dropped, thinking that he lost you.
Your eyes slowly opened, a grin on Steve's face as soon as he saw your lively y/e/c eyes. "Okay, enough with the blue eyes dude," you whispered. He laughed, taking your head in his delicate hands.
His smile faded and suddenly turned serious, "I love you. God, I don't know what I would have done if I lost you."
