"Can't you just come watch a movie with me? Just an hour or two?" You pleaded, taking his calloused hands in yours.
He smiled, your sentence proving his theory that you were simply there to butter him up to make him take some time out of his lab.
"I'll do you one better, how about I spend the rest of tonight and tomorrow with you?" He moved his hand so it was connected with your cheek. His heart melted when he noticed your dull eyes light up with stars. "I'll take that as a yes, my love."
