Hanahaki
Hanahaki disease is a disease in which the patient coughs up flower petals when they suffer from one-sided love. It ends when the patient's beloved returns their feelings romantically (strong friendship is not enough) or when the patient dies due to the flowers growing in their lungs. It can be cured through surgery but when the infection is removed, the patient's romantic feelings for their love also disappears.
