DAHLIA LIGHTSTONE ALWAYS KNEW THERE WERE HORRIBLE PEOPLE ON THE ARK. She just never knew that her father would be one of those people. He thought just because he was on the council that he had all this power, that no one else mattered. She learned that from a young age, her father wasn't a man who she could ever trust with her life. That thought was confirmed when he had her arrested to be floated when she was eighteen.

Because of her father, she practically grew up with Raven and Finn. They helped her with everything that a parent should've with their child. Like homework, projects, getting a job, even how to stay out of trouble. If it wasn't for them, Dahlia would have not been who she was today. She would've probably spent almost all her life in the ark prison.

Running into the ark, she finds where one of the bathrooms were and locks herself in. Tears stream down her face as she looks into the mirror, her hand covering her mouth as sobs escape her uncontrollably. All the emotions that she was holding in come flooding out as she stares at her reflection. It was only then that she realized how battered and bruised she was. Dirt covered her face in patches, a long red scratch ran down her cheek. Her eyes looked almost dead like, due to the lack of sleep she had gotten. Her hair was all tangled with a few leaves in it. She couldn't even recognize herself. Some days she really wished she was back safely on the ark which is really saying something.

Dahlia sniffs as she wipes the tears off her cheeks, putting on a straight face as she looks at herself. It wasn't just that she was a different person, it's that down on earth she has had to be a different person to survive. Being herself, being her usual perky, happy self would get her killed.

After getting cleaned up a little, Dahlia makes her way to where Marcus was keeping Bellamy. Other than Raven and Finn, he was the only thing keeping her sane at the moment. Keeping her grounded. As she walks through halls of the ark, so many memories flood her mind just remembering back to only a month ago. A month ago they were safe. A month ago they had no worry in the world except for their hearing. A month ago they didn't have to worry about getting food or water. A month ago they didn't have to watch their backs constantly. A month ago was an easier life. A life that Dahlia would've happily accepted if she hadn't of met Bellamy Blake. If they wouldn't have been sent down then she never would have met the jackass that stole her heart. As she makes her way to the door, a guard steps in front of her, blocking her way. She just looks up at him, giving him a deadly glare.
