JASON

What am I doing...

Stop this Jason...

Stop...

This isn't you...

I could literally feel myself slipping away, turning into someone else. Someone I couldn't control, he wasn't me, but when I looked at my reflection and saw myself staring back at me. I was fully aware, yet I couldn't do anything. For the first time in awhile, I was scared. Who is doing this to me? Who would do this... I want out... Let me out... GIVE ME BACK MY BODY!

I tried to fight whoever it was inside my head but it was no use, I was being to aggressive too sudden.

My body turns and I see two figures rushing behind the wall.

Piper... Percy...

I lifted my sword

No... Gods no... NO

My body stomped into action I could feel the adrenaline pumping through my veins, I was out to kill.

I grabbed the nearest person there, she yelped as I slammed her down on the floor.

Stop... STOP THIS IS YOUR WIFE

I wouldn't listen... I couldn't listen... I was fighting myself in a useless war. Whoever or whatever was controlling me was too strong.

"Ja-Jason please!" She cried out, her eyes filled with sad helpless tears.

STOP THIS NOW

I grabbed her by the hair and pressed the tip of my sword against her throat.

Gods... GODS SOMEONE STOP THIS... PERCY PLEASE STOP ME

I realized Percy was being "taken care of" by Leo. Piper didn't fight... Why didn't she fight... Please... Please Piper STOP ME!

She spoke through her sobs,"I'm not gonna hurt you... I love you... Till death do us part..." She let out loud cries that were begging me to stop in their own words,"Let me go... Please..." But her eyes knew I was gonna kill her right then and there, she shut her eyes tightly.

I WONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO HER

My hand jerked and turned the other direction stabbing my shoulder cleanly through, the tip of the blade sticking out my back. I quaked and shivered falling to my knees, with the spirit possessing my mind.

I blacked out.

KARI

We walked aimlessly down a cold wet cave Clarissa ordered us to stay in for the night as part of our training. Survival skills will definitely come in handy, first of all we should find out where the heck we are in the first place. Tanner just kinda picked us up after the fun little campfire we had then dumped us here with whatever we brought.

For some odd reason JC packed everything like she knew we were gonna be dropped here. Her potential intelligence is overlooked sometimes.

Or maybe she just cheated.

"We can't see a thing, we should really get a light source before we do anything."

"I think I have something." As I was exploring the Hephaestus cabin I found something pretty interesting. It was just a little pen but when clicked it produced fire, perfect for a torch to something to light anything with really. With some magic or some sort it brings the fire to life and it never seems to go out. I took the liberty to take it seeing as it could be useful.

I lit the pen and looked at our surroundings. "We have a few sticks, leaves, stones, one big thick stick, everything JC randomly decided to pack, and your pen fire."

"You guys act like I brought a log cabin set or something, I just brought a couple blankets, a pillow, and a water filter."

"Wow that's really smart JC." Matthew commented and a blushed a heavy feeling inside my chest.

"Well I have my ways." She smirked and set down her stuff proudly of herself. She thinks she's so amazing just cause she got lucky this one time... I'll show her... And Matthew.

Wait.

Why does Matthew matter?

It's not like I wanna impress him or anything... I don't have any reason to...

God he's so cute...

"Kari?" Darren's voice pulled me back to reality. I flinched and darted my eyes back and forth.

"Um... Yes?" I asked, my voice cracking. I shook my head,"What's up Darren?"

"Would you help me set up the bed area for us?" He asked politely. Always so nice, always so polite. He grew up amazingly despite not having his biological parents to raise him.

"Ouch ouch ouch!" I turned my head to see Matthew shaking his hand vigorously, a fire slowly burning in front of him. He sucked on his finger and cursed. At least he had a dumb brother to look up to...

Authors note: This chapter was in my drafts marked "Chapter 5"... had to fix that. After so long I completely forgot I made up these characters... My grammar was horrendous. I wanna cringe so hard... How did you enjoy this trash?? I'll make it better for you though, thank you for giving me this chance.
